Pros

I enjoy the pages, tasks, social media integration, and the ability to quickly add timestamps and Excel sheets within pages. I love the ability to add multiple organizations.
I liked the calling and chat features and ability to tag people in the calendar to make them responsible for various tasks. It has been great to know who is working on what and when.
Very polished looking interface, with clean & sharp icons. The ability to have conversations, share files, and modify one file for updates to the team is great online.

Pros

Excellent for sharing large files (with both Tresorit users and non) and for sharing them securely (can require a password and such). Extremely easy to use, with a clean user interface.
As a writer and journalist, it is important for me to protect information from sources. Tresorit has protected storage in the EU and this keeps my files reasonably safe.
And I love the way that any changes, subtractions, and additions to my Tresors is immediately reflected. Tresorit is always improving.

Cons

All the problems our team been complaining about is now becoming reality to what they requested.
It is hard to get an overview and the navigation not very intuitive - one can easily get lost in too many layers when dealing with larger team or project structures.
A number of marketers outsource their web development to us, and it can be difficult to keep up with them all firing tasks and questions at us over various platforms.

Cons

I suspect that if you're a larger company you get priority service but really this isn't acceptable. It's the one thing that really is disappointing about Tresorit.
One of the things that I've found to be a little tough is file deletion, as of now if you delete a file it's gone forever since it's synced among your devices (there is no trash folder/function).
The ability to be able to collaboratively edit microsoft word documents is a weakness.
