It provides a safe room for security, therefore no worry for GDPR regulation. In the case of switching into a paid version of the software, some previous data and accounts of company got lost.

This software is definitely easy to use and very easy to organize. I love that I can share documents with co-workers without giving them the ability to edit my document. Because it has so many features, it can be confusing sometimes. Also, if someone delete something by mistake, there is no way to retrieve the data back.

Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

I love the workflow templates if offers out of the box. Jira also supports Kanban boards and has an awesome mobile app which can keep you up to date anywhere. For a non developer user there is too many things and options you get lost in the middle of it. So much complexity in terms of customization that me, personally end up being a little bit lost.

I like the user interface, its very colourful and very easy to understand and navigate even for non-IT user. I did not use Asana to it's potential due to lack of branding and it not being top of mind as compared to some of its competitors. The tool is dull and makes a project look boring. It is a super customizable platform to assign tasks and track them so that all team members have a good workload. The online support is also very helpful.
