Pros

The ease of use of this software is wonderful. Customer service help right away with a phone call or you can use their ticket option to have your question answered later.
This software has people committed to ensuring your complete happiness and understanding of the product.
Savii Care is new, growing and very happy to include your "wants" into its evolving software.

Pros

Rosemark tech department respond very quickly to messages. The dept is very helpful, very polite, and very positive and willing to help.
My organization's experience with Rosemark has been outstanding. They are clearly interested in providing the best service in the industry.
Rosemark has great training videos and a wonderful users guide. The best thing about this system is that Rosemark truly listens to feature requests.

Cons

We could not do one payroll off of Savii all staff had to complete paper time sheets due to software failure all the time. We tried using the Savii phone system that was as worst as the app.
Imagine putting in all your clients information and having to deal with scheduling issues, billing and time sheet issues. We were very disappointed from 30 days in, until now.
They just stop answering us after receiving payment. I reached out at least 4 times to cancel and no response from anyone.

Cons

It has been difficult to update- our anti virus cause problems.
Unable to breakdown travel time and print a report summary. There is no cutoff for pay-bill rules in the middle of the day.
It takes a long time to learn how to use the program even for the computer savvy. I find it is almost TOO literal and detailed which is hard to explain, but I'll try.

Learning about inter viewing, and health care assistants in general.

Pros

I was always very comfortable finding my way around. Going into detail was fun, I was never lost.

Cons

That I could not use it on my phone as well as my computer.

Long-Term User of Rosemark Software

I researched home care software before selecting Rosemark. It is a great value for the options and features it includes. We have real-time visibility of staff and client schedules and care plans with this Cloud solution. It does a great job integrating the features we use. I highly recommend this software to home care agencies to manage their operations.

While they don't have the bells and whistles of Clear Care, they don't misappropriate your data for their own purposes.

Exceptional. It tracked everything necessary in our business and was user friendly.

Pros

The software is very easy to use and has many features that are useful in the home care industry. Also, the customer service is amazing!

Cons

It would be helpful if they had similar features on the web (and for a Mac) that you can do on a desktop.

Scheduling has become so much more efficient since we started using the Rosemark System. We can build better schedules and communicate scheduling changes with our care giving team with the use of this software.

Pros

The customer support from the Rosemark Team is outstanding. No matter what questions or concerns we have, we consistently receive top rate service! We also really appreciate the integration with QuickBooks for ease of payroll and billing!The Rosemark System has saved us hours in payroll and billing efficiencies!.

Cons

I wish more of the reports could be sent via excel to allow for agency customization. Most reports are in Word format.

Great software

Solves the problem of care givers clocking in or out from a client's house in the driveway or after they leave. Rosemark has a GPS feature. it has solved a lot of problems we have having employees that are out in the field and not in the actual office

Pros

Ease of use. We use this daily to schedule caregivers. they keep up to date on the latest technology. they have webinars often to show what's new. overall a great system with great customer service!

Cons

Can't think of anything that would be a downfall..

ECHC Loves Rosemark

Huge timesaver with scheduling! Corporate loves that we can enter the information in Indiana and they can then access it is New York for invoicing! Ability to track visit logs/EVV for Medicaid Waiver compliance is easy now and puts us in compliance!

Pros

Ease of use when scheduling our clients and caregivers. Love the ability to customize the care plans, caregiver info etc. Helpful with adding invoicing options etc. Tracks attendance, and scheduling fluctuations. Hands down best customer service I have ever received! They have walked me through numerous challenges I had in the beginning and still have as we use more and more of the features.

Cons

There is a learning curve in how to use. ie splitting shifts to mark tardy. How to properly enter schedules etc to get desired results.

Highly Recommend The Rosemark System

My overall experience with Rosemark has been very good. I like that we can track Human Resource issues and create custom credential criteria that notifies us of credential expiration. We have increased our productivity with features like this and the shift offer options. I would highly recommend the Rosemark system to other businesses.

Pros

The Rosemark system is highly integrated with real time changes. This makes it very easy to provide updated information to a staff in several locations, the moment it changes. This is crucial to the home care business because schedules can change multiple times a day and allowing automatic email notifications to notify people of these changes saves time and expense. I truly believe it would be very difficult to operate our business without the Rosemark system.

Cons

As an administrator, I would like to be able to review changes made in the systems by all users. Basically, have access to an audit trail. I believe this is something in development and will be available in the future. Other then this, I don't really have anything I like least about the software.

Very User Friendly

We are new to Rosemark and have found the system to be great overall. It is very user friendly and the one on one training with our customer care specialist has been extremely helpful and she has been very patient in answering all of our questions. The system is easy to navigate and the video tutorials that are readily available to walk you thru just about any task make it even easier.

The Rosemark software has been a great asset to our home care organization. With the desktop app as well as online access it is fast, reliable and easy-to-use. Data access is easy and users have the option of generating existing reports or exporting raw data for further analysis. The software is comprehensive and is loaded with all sorts of useful tools for both administration and caregivers. Lastly, but certainly not least, Rosemark support and customer service is outstanding. You cannot go wrong with the Rosemark software.

When we started marketing Christian Home Care we didn't have many clients or caregivers. We were maintaining schedules in spreadsheets and in Gmail calendar, cross checking between the two. As we started to grow this became very laborious and time consuming. Errors were made. It does all we need and more.

We have 3 locations that we use Rosemark with. Our staff finds it easy to use and learn, it works with our Quickbooks file so we can invoice easily and we export the payroll directly to Paychex for payroll. Our families love the web portal so they can see the schedule and our caregivers can also access their schedules from their smart phones or desktops. My scheduling staff likes the text message/email...
