Easy to use, it makes file sharing simple

Everything works ok for my purpose(real estate)

it assist in protecting our IP assets to a huge extent; of course with further development, i hope the software will further enhance this capability. Being able to track and analyze where my clients interests are is also a very good thing as well, contributing to a higher % of sales conversion.

Enterprise pricing isnt straightforward. But the process with a video call with the developer was indeed fast.

ShareDocView is extremely straight forward and easy to use. The most important feature is the analytics feature that can provide with the insights into how many people are viewing or interacting with the files. It is crucial for me to understand the file access "Traffic", like how I monitor my website. It also helped me to understand the effectiveness of my promotional campaigns or marketing efforts. Creating a quantitative performance measurable!

Most things are basic and easy to use which are their pros. If I really had to put cons on this product, it is the ability to share across a lot more different types of files (E.g. Videos, images, product template files or even links) - Currently I overcome them by putting the links of files into PDFs and upload the PDF instead. I will be great to be able to directly input the other file types.

None that I could find thus far through the month of June.

It is easy to use. The interface and user experience are intuitive, and I was able to understand the features quickly.I uploaded a file to send as an email attachment and tried it out right away. It was easy to use and fast, and I appreciated the ability to see how much I read on each page. It is a great service that I wouldn't want my competitors to know about.

It would be even better if it had two features. Firstly, it would be nice if the language of the landing page could be changed freely by the user or automatically changed when the language is selected to make it easier for international users. if you need a Korean translation, I am willing to do it for you.Secondly, I'd like to see more formats such as videos, powerpoints, etc. I don't mind if the videos are just links from other services like Vimeo, etc. This is a really good service that shouldn't be missed.

Thanks to Sharedocview I can autonomously decide who can access the document, what requirements are needed for downloading the document and, what is fundamental, its analysis to understand the degree of interaction of people with my shared document.In addition to sharing, there is also the possibility of lead generation

I would improve the UX/UI interface, still a bit rough and I would enhance the integrations with other tools. The introduction of the conditional would also be great by avoiding the interface with other tools.I would also improve the analysis part by introducing heatmaps

I like that it's easy to work around and use plus it makes my managing of documents and files much simpler

Sometimes my files keep disappearing when I use the search bar despite them being available when I manually search for them

The tool offers a very clear structure for organizing documents. The ease of adding and sharing documents, as well as the alerts are very Good and reliable.

It has improved aspects such as the display of the clients that visualize the shared documents and lately it has provided the personalization of the documents through the Cname.

I have been using ShareView Doc for the past few months and overall, I am quite satisfied with the platform. UI/UX could always be 'sexier', though that is certainly a 'first-world' complaint; there's really nothing in need of improvement

ShareDocView is more than just a simple document-sharing platform. With powerful features like campaigns, analytics, and protections you can share content in a way that continually adds value to you. I was excited when I came across this app because it's been able to meet all my needs in one place. I was previously using Hubspot document sharing but this is wayyyyyyy better than that. From uploading documents quickly to seeing how many times each individual file has already been viewed online right there at leisure--it really does offer everything any business might want when securely publishing and sharing content.

after using happy using Hubspots document sharing for a long time, this was a pleasant surprise. Sometimes you don't know what you don't know and I wish I had found ShareDocViw earlier

Shardocview is super easy to use right from the start, even for the most novice users. I was able to implement a new shared document within minutes of opening my account.

I really liked the functionality of the documents; where you need to price things out in a consultation comes with ease with sharedocview. I am able to track and analyze where prospects interest are and what they want to do next in the process.

Maybe add a chat inbox for users viewing the documents or have the google number be connected to the line somehow for text SMS functionality.

ShareDocView has a simple user interface and is easy to use. We have great customer service. They are very helpful in everything!

Small problem download form editing features are limited. This is not necessarily a problem. But since we have to translate English into Hungarian, this is a minor problem for us sometimes. It would be beneficial for the software to provide a wider range of language translation options.

Since I have been using ShareDocView it is providing user friendly and efficient services. It has extra ordinary features and functions for sharing files effectively. One of the most suitable thing is, it provides wide rang of storage that let me work efficiently. I would say it is an excellent development for sharing files online.

I like exploring ShareDocView as it has great features even for our department The UX is very fluid and the access control options are commendable. The whole system looks very promising. Plus, it is way more affordable than Smartlook.

The analytics could be improved, especially when we are running events through a funnel. I also wish there is an option to build heatmaps out of historical data. Compared with Smartlook and Hotjar, the pricing plans of ShareDocView are better, but hopefully there are more features in the pipeline.
