Pros

Pros

Powerpoint was amazing when it started and has continued to be great. It's rarely glitchy, easy to use, and makes it so simple to really put something together.
What i like the most about PowerPoint is its ability to allow me to incorporate and integrate it with other software such as Articulate and Captivate.
My experience of using powerpoint is really positive and I would like to recommend powerpoint to anyone who is willing to create amazing presentations.

Cons

Not enoughreviews yet

Cons

The only sad thing is that the program is losing space To power BI, because of the lack analytical fuctions.
PowerPoint is often criticized ("Death by PowerPoint"), but the problem is not the program. It is the person who is presenting or put together the program.
One of the bad things to use PowerPoints is that it will be boring for the audiences if the presenter is a poor speaker and if the presenter can not use the slides properly.

Microsoft PowerPoint

An intuitive software for designing your presentations

Reviewed a year ago

We use powerpoint to showcase our presentations more effectively and with better graphics thanks to its diverse collection of templates.

Pros

Powerpoint has a lot of handy features which one can use to make presentations more engaging and effective.

Software does not support native presentation sharing feature over popular websites like YouTube or slideshare.

Microsoft PowerPoint

Full featured product great for presentations

Reviewed 5 months ago

I use PowerPoint for many years when I worked in the corporate world. I use the product to create slideshares and presentations for various departments in my company and always found it very easy to use

Pros

PowerPoint is easy to use with a very intuitive interface. Even beginners can create slideshows and present basic information.

Cons

Given the fact that there are free office suites available it may be difficult to justify the cost of PowerPoint for a non-corporate user

Microsoft PowerPoint

Still the Gold Standard

Reviewed 3 months ago

My overall experience with Power Point is positive. I still use it heavily in my online course creation, speaking presentations as well as 1:1 coaching sessions online with my clients. I enjoy its stability and don't recall having any "crash" problems with it.

Pros

Although I have multiple alternative options to Power Point, such as Canva or SlideShare, I still rely heavily on Power Point, since its longevity on the market, its features and my own experience with it over (now) decades with the software, I'm able to create presentations quickly and efficiently.

Cons

I have to admit the templates here are not as exciting, creative or out of the box exciting to view as a Canva or Slide Share. I wish they included more template categories as well as example slideshows because sometimes a person just needs more examples to generate ideas, you know?

Microsoft PowerPoint

Presentations at their finest

Reviewed 2 years ago
Pros

It's hard to hind a good alternative to the best slides app on the market. Even Slideshare and Google Slides don't come close to the functionality and its simplicity available in MS PowerPoint. Thousands of templates, animations, and other options let you craft the most impactful presentations (as long as you keep them short enough).

Cons

As usual, you need a WIndows machine to run PowerPoint at it;s full capacity and in comfort. No Linux support.

Make Great Presentations

Reviewed 4 years ago

PowrPoint is easy to use. You can use one of their templates, find one online or make your own. If you are giving a presentation then this is the way to do it. Later you can host your presentation on SlideShare. Or even put it on your website. It can animate things and time them. You can add notes to each slide so you remember what to say. Add images, text, even video. Want to look like a real professional Then use PowerPoint. It is made to make you look good!
