Pros

This suite is just as good, if not better than IBM's or HP's suites. Ve now worked with all three and can easily recommend this for all but the most complex and complicated organizations.
We've been using the product for a couple of years and it has been great so far. Support has been very responsive and helpful whenever we needed them.
The customer service is fantastic but the reason I didn't give it an outstanding score is because I wish we had more say with enhancements.

Pros

A very good agile kanban board and I like it using. It is very simple and easy to use for most of the parts, but need some UI improvement and feels kind of heavy on my pc and mobile.
Great, and I always feel that they are looking forward to get my feedback and improve the product, and the product is great and friendly.
It's really easy to get up and running with Hygger because it offers a really great and uncommon interface (in a good way). The interface is really great and looked very natural in the eyes.

Cons

Test cases often get put in the wrong place and have to spend some time moving them around. My last annoyance is how test cases are copied and pasted.
I manage the testing team for an IS department and was unhappy with the existing tools we had, so I evaluated a number of tools to replace what we used.
We used the email notifications feature as well. We also synchronized with Jira but abandoned this.

Cons

Bulk actions on tasks are not enabled yet and the prioritization tools could provide more information about how to use them because in a point it can become too confusing.
I don't really have a lot of trouble with it. You just need time to learn about it and it will goes well right after you've understand how to do things.
Poor sub-tasks management. In my opinion sub-task should be just a part of main task and should exist only inside.
