Teams - natural evolution for StackOverflow

Reviewed 3 years ago
Pros

Works exactly the same as StackOverflow, and is very well integrated within the rest of the SO experience. Same great quality we're familiar with in SO.

Cons

There is a tiny bit of friction getting used to the different areas, sometimes with different expectations.

Vendor response

Thanks for sharing your feedback about Teams, Avi!

Give it a go!

It has been really positive!

Pros

The ease of use, and the UI is very user friendly. It helps reduce the development time by bypassing the common pits nearly every developer will encounter.

Cons

Nothing as such, they can add more functionality and integrate it with more third party softwares.

Adequate for internal documentation of sorts...

Reviewed 3 years ago
Pros

It has the familiar SO interface that I am used to.

Cons

Difficult to author longer documentation when required.

Vendor response

Thanks for your feedback Michael! Authoring longer documentation is definitely still possible with Stack Overflow for Teams - it just has to be translated into the Q&A format.

No problems. I have got my answers each and every time I get to search there.

A great way to build up a knowledge base

Reviewed 2 years ago
Pros

It's great to have a private knowledge base that pertains to only what I care about. It's also easy to navigate

Cons

Nothing for this specific part of stack overflow. It's very simple to use.
