Streamtime has reinvented the timesheet by utilizing intuitive to-do lists that are auto-populated from job plans. Studio managers can drag tasks from ‘to do to ‘done’ and even add personal tasks to their schedule. All hours spent on completing tasks are captured in the job reports. The platform enables users to easily move tasks between team members, shift deadlines, and rearrange tasks on the fly.
Project plans are converted into official job quotes with a single click, and can be generated into a PDF file for printing or sending. Streamtime’s integration with Xero enables auto-calculated costing using the team’s logged time data, turning job plans into invoices. The solution’s smart dashboard displays progress reports, job over-run information, and accomplishments in any desired level of detail. The ‘deep data dive’ feature filters jobs by category for tailored reports, that can be exported as any preferred file format.
