Pros

I appreciate how easy it is to import lists and drag and drop items into categories. I also appreciate the fun quirks like jokes and messages when signing out.
The software makes it very easy to share documents with clients. I love that you can categorize the documents, so they are easy to find and the due date and assigning features are great.
My overall experience has been great. The people I have talked with via the live chat support channel have been very responsive and pleasant.

Cons

I think mostly user error). Is there a cheat sheet out there for clients that have multiple accounts.
Interface can be confusing for people intimidated by new technology (e.g., some clients may not like it). It is missing integrations (e.g., to sharefile).
If a request got inserted in the wrong category, you can't just drag & drop it into the proper section. You can't see in one place everything the client uploaded.
