Affordable, Easy to use, Best customer support

Overall Experience is good, easy to guide to further down the line. Monthly reporting has become quite easy to handle

Pros

Application is easy to use, quite fast it will work & customer support is really good, responds quickly and resolves the issue, team is very competent understand the user requirement and customize according to the need

Cons

Interactive dash board feature has to be still better, Work flow management can be still be improved. There is area of improvement in the Data analysis part.

Implementation Experience On Taqtics

We can able to get any details from all our 80 stores from a single POV. Assigning tasks got easier to followup. Improving the Store performance.

Pros

We tried lot of other applications for same needs but the Taqtics was easy to implement and to handle than the others. We implemented it in a very short span of time for all out 80 stores. And one of main thing in the implementation is the support and knowledge transfer provided by the Team. We started with the basic checklist and learning window and now started moving to ticketing systems and other SOP’s. I will take this opportunity to thank the Taqtics team for their tremendous support till now.

Cons

As of now we are full filled with the application and we are moving on to use it to the fullest.
