Best Combo of Ease of Use, Power & Graphic Design out there ..

2015-04-12

We had tried Asana - but in the end; no one used it .. to cumbersome, ugly and more complicated then our staff needed or could handle.

Pros

Design Ease of Use Power

Cons

Time tracking not linked into a more powerful engine Could use a more robust calendar.

Redbooth is another great project management tool to use.

2018-07-19

This is another good project management programs to use a little bit more user friendly than the other ones

Pros

it integrates with email and several other programs such as Google Drive with no problems and I love the group chat. All data is stored on the cloud so it is accessible from where ever I am at and I could also view from my cell phone . This one is not as pricey as the other ones I think it is more reasonable for what this software is used for.

Cons

Still a good software a little different than Trello and Asana but still works good and is beneficial as far as helping to manage projects.

One of Top Project Management Platforms Out There

2018-03-19

Pros

I've used Asana, Basecamp, and a handful of other tools, but I found that Redbooth made it the easiest.

Cons

Overall, I very much like the software and all of its features. However, the price is the biggest thing I push back on with Redbooth. It is incredibly expensive as you add more members and makes it relatively inaccessible for SMBs.

+3 years using it. Always helped, but with a pinch of frustration.

2016-05-24

Pros

Incredibly versatile, one-man-band type of collaboration software. It ties communication tools (HD videoconference and chat) with task management (recurring tasks, subtasks, ...), project management (lightweight Gantt chart, workload view and time tracking), all native, in one package. It also features native Android and iOS native apps. These work well for keeping in touch with the team and create/update tasks. This is specially important for teams who are dispersed (different cities, different timezones, ...). While you can easily spend hundreds of dollars on different softwares for different purposes, Redbooth ties it all together in one.

Cons

The UI still looks something out of the first drafts and doesn't look polished or slick like other players in the collaboration space like Asana or Slack.

Recommendations to others considering Redbooth

Redbooth can be complex at times with the amount of features it boasts. It is both a good and bad thing. Spend time in their Help Center, watch some videos and don't be shy of asking for guidance. It will be worth it. Force your team to use it every day and you won't want to work any other way.

Top Combination of Substance and Style

2015-06-18

Pros

We had tried Asana - but it's graphic design and complexity never allowed it to take hold.

Cons

I think the ability to assign a subtask with a date could be useful. I would also like to be able to duplicate complete Projects. Small issues really.

Don't go for the most feature rich; you need to have something easy to use. Consider yourself the most tech savvy person who will use the software.

The most flexible project management software

2018-01-18

Flexibility, powerfull organization tools, grat integrations and awesome design are few of the many things that you get when using Asana. And you can have all of that in the free account too.

Pros

Since them I used Trello, Redbooth, Wrike and other tools.

Cons

Its time to put more formatting options for the description and comments areas (Markdown, PLEASE Asana). For newcommers and people that are not used to work with PMs, the interface may be a little overwhelming when compared with other PMs softwares.
