Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

TeamWave overview
What is TeamWave?
TeamWave is a fully-integrated cloud-based suite of business applications designed to help small and medium-sized businesses manage customer relationships (CRM), projects, and human resources (HRMS). The unified platform allows teams to collaboratively make sales, deliver on projects, and support their customers.
TeamWave’s CRM provides users with full visibility into their sales pipeline, and all deals at the various stages, with the ability to sort and filter by close date. The timeline view enables sales forecasting and displays ongoing deals arranged by probable close date next to already-closed deals for comparison. Sales reports provide insights into team performance, and enable comparison of individual results and identification of improvement opportunities.
The project management tools in TeamWave allow users to create tasks and to-do lists, manage due dates, priorities, and assignments, and add attachments, comments, and notes to tasks. Time tracking features let users estimate and track time spent on projects, with billable and non-billable time recording. Project reports provide insight into due and overdue tasks, and visualize individual team members’ workloads.
TeamWave’s automatic check-ins aim to improve employee engagement by collecting regular feedback to generate insight. Time off, sick days, and vacations can be tracked in the centralized calendar, and all employee records can be managed in a single location. TeamWave also offers a developer API, enabling integration of HR, projects, and CRM functionality into other systems or applications, in addition to a range of native integrations including Dropbox, MailChimp, Slack, Zapier, Google Calendar, and Google Contacts.
