Pros

Teamwork Project is incredibly outstanding product and now it has become my most favorite project management tool. I like its ease of use the most.
The interface is clean and easy-to-use while still being exceptionally robust. Time tracking and the Google Chrome feature are pretty awesome as well.
I like how it's designed and how they structure the pricing of the solution. Has integrations with the best services.

Cons

Limited integrations with other tools which can sometimes be annoying. Frustrating user management tools.
Our problem was that everyone on our team was using the software differently and projects were getting lost simply because they weren't assigned correctly.
The only issue I have with Teamwork is that it can be slightly confusing setting things up in the beginning.
