The features that my company uses the most are: task management, comments, chat (with ability to automatically create a task from a chat entry), email tasks to a project, milestones, status updates, risk register, and file storage for each project.

Overall, a solid, affordable project management platform that is still growing and improving.

Feature-rich project management solution: project details, tasks, task lists, milestones, files, risks, Gantt charts and reports, etc.
Cons
An UI update came in 2017 and although it provided a new "card" view to the Tasks page (similar to Trello) and it looks/feels a bit nicer, the overall usability is lacking in areas of customized dashboards and export options.

This software makes easy to be in charge of all the projects in my company, keeping track of worker's times, workload and tasks, reporting is very useful altho it could use a tune up!

*- Easy to use, intuitive and inovative, every update this guys come up with improves my time management in diferent projects, if you use the calendar module it will help you manage your time between apointmens and other pending stuff, project overview is amawing you can see what is everyone doing and adjut your team workoad as you see fit.

*- Lack of integration with 3rd party software. *- Better management for the file attachment system. *- I would like to see comments on specified task not in the entire tasklist.

This is a good tool for small teams that worry about pipeline and traffic control but not for large interconnected teams that require account management, efficiency evaluation or budget oversight.

The UI is very intuitive and clear.

Similarly not being able to construct dashboards and manipulate data around time, late tasks, etc. for teams rather than projects hampers decision-making.

More efficient and robust project management capabilities, lower cost than our previous project management software, and more responsiveness of team members due to the well-designed mobile app.

Teamwork has a visually appealing and intuitive user interface and contains all the features we needed that our previous software did not have - things like cascading tasks, task dependencies, and cross-project interaction.

We have evaluated different tools and other tools had more to offer but we decided this should be a perfect tool to get our consultants started with a web based tool.
Pros
The users permissions are power and flexible and it has all collaborative tools too. Easy to find files attached to tasks.
Cons
It does not have Financial control (only time control) and very few reporting options.

Teamwork allowed me to manage projects in a way where colleagues can report their progress from any place and time, in addition to being able to generate reports for regulatory compliance.

It is a great tool for team collaboration, project management, group work on a document or event, and archiving information associated with a project that all team members can access.

Helpful features like messaging and calendar milestones; privacy settings help you control who sees what information; Gantt chart capabilities.
Cons
Can be difficult to get team members to learn the system and thus get them to use it, but this is a minor problem.

I really like that Teamwork projects has an attractive and easy to use user interface and the customer service is amazing.

There is no way to hide just the identity of developers names to the client but you can add privacy settings to projects, tasks, messages, etc. https://support.teamwork.com/projects/search?query=privacy+settings
The quickest way to mark multiple tasks as complete is using a keyboard shortcut (full list of shortcuts at the link below).
Hover the mouse pointer over the task and press "c" to mark as complete, if you make a mistake just press "c" again to unmark the completed task.

What I liked is that even though it was feature rich, the platform did not bombard you with a complex UI. It can be as simple or as complex as you want based on how you organize the project settings.

With TeamWork I have a board where I can summarize the activities of the projects I carry out as well as their milestones in the next three months, you can also filter the information, all the tasks, also filterable by users, all the messages and a preview of the proyects.
