No mobile app. Yes, accessible easily via web browser but it would be great to have a dedicated mobile app for both iOS and Android.

It's very Google-like and that made it easier for my team to adopt. Tried using Jira before and my team struggled with it so adoption was low. We're not a tech company and this suited us much better.

Adding users and licenses is not intuitive at all. I would like to see resolution types added to completed tasks. I would like to see this company add a product like Confluence to their range of products.

Ease of working in the portal. Easy to create, move, work within cards. Minimalistic approach makes it easy for users.

Reporting is pretty lame. Plus, the new requirement of extra licensing to organize columns by priority was a jab to the user. Moving cards can be flaky. Disorganized Trello feel.

Kanbanchi is very easy to deploy across the Google Apps Suite and get my students on-board quickly. They are already using Google Apps in their daily schoolwork do It was a painless onboarding process. It also has a easy to learn and use interface. My students were off a running in one class period. It is a great way to keep everyone on the same page and up to date on projects.

Trying to convince my school administrators to pay for a ongoing license fee is not the easiest conversation to have. I would like to have a one time purchase price available.

While I am sure to have benefitted from using Kanbanchi previous to the Covid-19 pandemic, I was getting by without it because my normal day-to-day schedule and priorities were largely dictated by my teaching schedule. When I found myself working from home and with much more time to focus on neglected projects and new ideas, Kanbanchi came to the rescue. It has allowed me to easily generate and organize my long term and daily objectives, share them with my project partners, and track my time on each task.

As a newer user, I'm not sure I'm even aware of all the features Kanbanchi includes, and at this point don't feel that anything is missing.

Assigning tasks is as easy as just creating the task in the checklist and checking the team member. Kanbanchi is highly integrated with the Google Cloud environment, which we use on a daily basis. Cards are easy to create and can be added to Google Calendar. The Gantt chart is very helpful allows us to graphically see the distribution of events and tasks.

Subcards from cards can't be collapsed in the Kanban view. Tasks in checklist can't be added to Google Calendar.

The collaboration with Google Workspace. We were looking for a tool that integrates easy with out Google Workspace environment. Kanbanchi gives us what we need. First olf all, integration with google calendar. If you are using a lot of cards, it will get a bit unclear. But that will be the case with many other kanban tools. The use of subtasks is a great solution that will solve this problem us.

The possibility of translating Kanbachi in Dutch. But this is a minor issue. If using this in a classroom in a primary school, thius can be an issue.

The user friendly design and broad variety of tools and features that makes follow up easy and powerful.

The integration to Google suite is seamless, fast and a real game changer. Kanbanchi enables my teams to work across the globe and across time zones - whilst always presenting a real-time view on critical path, issues, risks and progress. Features such as multiple checklists with item deadlines and assignments, pinning of custom properties as well as capable searching facilities are outstanding.

The missing option to linke boards (master / slaves) - although a nice feature if available - is not a critical missing feature.

The major advantage as said is the integration with Google and the ability to manage all the project details like Gantt Chart, Kanban boards etc in one place. Best and unique features that we liked is the 100% compatible with Google G Suite. The tool helps to make our team more compatible with the project needs and make them more efficient. Our all major issues faced during project management is being overcome with the use of this great tool !

The major issue is with the lack of a mobile app, they do not have iOS and Android app. This will make us to monitor the changes on web browser. Please release the app asap.

Extremely flexible allowing you to create a system specifically designed to meet your own neurosis and OCD.

Sometimes there is a short lag when dragging and dropping items.

The interface provides a quick and easily customizable platform for use in evaluating multiple metrics and processes at the click of a mouse!

Based on the past several updates, I would have to say they have both listened to and facilitated many of the changes we had recommended to their CS team .... (Easier movement of boards, attachment and photo uploads, time stamping to track when milestones or timelines have been met, etc.)

Kanban is very easy to understand and allows organization especially when dealing with multiple steps in a process. I like that projects can be moved around, commented on, prioritized, and checklists can be made. It has definitely helped the company to stay organized with countless projects to manage.

The one feature I wish Kanban would include is the ability to get notified when cards are moved to and from specific columns. Since some people in organizations are in charge of specific areas of project management, this would be incredibly helpful.

Ease of use. Gantt chart view is so convenient and saves so much time.

1. When selecting subcards - can there be an option to select choose multiple subcards because atm you have to add each subcard 1 by one and is not the best experience. 2. Would love more examples of how to effectively use Kanbanchi reporting 3. Not really sure what a lot of the features mean - would be good to have an object dictionary with examples of how to use certain features.

I am new to Kanbanch and had a number of questions before purchasing. The team answered my emails promptly, heard my requests and actioned developments in some of those areas that have already been released. I am really impressed with the team and their apparent commitment to continuing to develop the platform.

I'm looking forward to the release of the kanbanchi app, but can work around that by saving a link to my phone's home screen for now. The program is a little slow to open, only a couple of seconds, but longer than many others.

I like the ease of use, it is very easy to catch on. It really does have a ton of features in it. I feel like I'm finding a new useful tool every day. I like that you are able to make suggestions and that the customer support team actually responds.

Sometimes throughout the day my kanban wont update to show a cards new position until I physically click on the card. I do also wish you could subscribe to a column or list itself rather than just specific cards or all cards

I like being able to check off tasks, color coding, creating columns, sharing boards.

The renewal process. When our subscription was up for renewal, no reminders were sent from Kanbanchi and our entire team immediately lost access to our boards. Even an automated reminder would have saved us the trouble of being without that access for several weeks (because our admin had to get approval to renew, re-verify our non-profit status as well). At the very LEAST you should let users view their boards once renewal is up, if not able to update / use its features.

It's easy to learn, easy to use, quite fast in comparison to most other Softwares. Works on all browsers with no issues and its interface is very adaptable to different sectors of business.

The software mobile version is a bit clunky. It needs a mobile app. that is all.

Kanbanchi has become a huge part of our processes over the last year or so and has only got better in that time. It is extremely agile and user friendly, the team wouldn't be without it now! Would recommend to any team looking to automate and streamline their processes!

The application has everything we need and is improved continuously

The best part of this software is the ease of use and ability to share boards with anyone on our team. The process of learning how to use Kanbanchi was also very helpful.

None, we love everything about this product. If we had one recommendation for this software we would love to have a phone app that performed the same functions as the web application.

Kanbanchi is a famous and professional task and project management app on the Google Workspace marketplace. You can easily manage the tasks on the Kanban Board.

As a user, I always found Kanbanchi so much professional for me because I can check now my team performance with a full report and without any kind of cons and issues. So there are no cons.

Onboarding was a little tricky but it was just a new system we were unfamiliar with.

It is a very good tool that is integrated with Google Drive. You can create Kanban cards that are highly customisable with different colors, tags, and priorities. Start and due dates, estimated and actual time spent can also be set and recorded. Since it is fully integrated with Google, due dates may be added to Google calendar.

There is no app yet available for your smart phone. The software comes at a price. You would eventually need to pay for the software. It also only works in a google cloud environment which means that your team or organisation must be using google suite first.

Kanbanchi is the only project management tool integrated with G Suite. It allows you to collaborate with multiple members across your organization. By having a visual representation of your project and its stages, your company becomes more effective. I love how Kanbanchi is able to estimate time spent on a project. This is something that is currently lacking in other project management tools.

Last I know, Kanbanchi still does not have a mobile version. Given that I am mostly traveling for my work to various countries and company, this is essential. There are times when I am on the plane and would love to pull out my mobile phone to get some work done.
