I was using it and then migrating to the competition and then back again to Todoist. I will not claim that it is the best tool but it suits me perfectly and I feel encouraged to work on my tasks.
I love the ability to drag an email to the software and it automatically generates a task. The ability to schedule task really helps keep our team on track.
The thing I liked the most is that Todoist is really easy to use. M not a big fan of task management software... but Todoist offers a perfect balance between ease of use and functionality.


I was shocked when I realize you can't retrieved your "done" tasks. You tick it, and it's gone, that's quite annoying and undesirable.
Ve experienced it lagging before but that may not have been necessarily the software (could have been a bad connection or the device I was using.).
It can be a pain when you accidentally mark a task as done to get into the completed tasks and get it back to uncompleted.
