Pros

Great experience so far with Unily - CSM is responsive and always willing to help out, the service now desk is also very useful.
Working with Unily has been fantastic; our CSM is brilliant, always available to help with anything and responds quickly with solutions.
The Adecco Group is now leveraging of an amazing and powerful communication and collaborative tool in addition to a skilled and committed team.

Pros

The team is extremely responsive and will sit with you to ensure you are using Aimtell at it's fullest potential. They've got a great price, great software & great support.
I liked the whole dashboard, it is very convenient to use especially for non-dev people like me. What I enjoyed the most is that I have a lot of possibilities to set up push notifications on my own.
The software is easy to use and audience segmentation capabilities are great. Love the ability to track different website actions with events and set up triggered campaigns based on them.

Cons

The CMS has a small problem in addition is extremely defective the synchronization of SharePoint/Unily software is painful.
Over the past 8 weeks we have submitted over a dozen "support tickets" because of the simple technical issues that keep popping up. We are extremely disappointed.
The software has had many glitches over the year, causing many wasted hours for employees of Mowi to recognise and fix.

Cons

Very poor customer service. The tool is cool, but my experience with the team has soured my view of the company overall.
The time difference between us (Sydney) and AimTell makes it hard to arrange video call meeting.
I don't like the functionality when you have multiple websites.
