Pros

Great experience so far with Unily - CSM is responsive and always willing to help out, the service now desk is also very useful.
Super responsive and helpful. I do like that it updates all the time, although this does mean it's more prone to bugs (obviously).
The Adecco Group is now leveraging of an amazing and powerful communication and collaborative tool in addition to a skilled and committed team.

Pros

They have the "onboarding a new customer" process down. From the training to the welcome video from the founder, they do make you feel like you have made a good choice right from the start.
You can make really beautiful products and I love using mine for my online coaching courses. It's a lot to learn at first but they have amazing training videos and customer support.
Great user interface and ease of use. The team behind the product is enthusiastic and their customer-onboarding and retention is excellent.

Cons

The software has had many glitches over the year, causing many wasted hours for employees of Mowi to recognise and fix.
Some Microsoft Office features are missing. Also missing is a birthday widget, which was very popular within our Business.
The CMS is extremely glitchy, unreliable, and prone to "bugs. The Sharepoint/Unily software syncing was extremely difficult.

Cons

I don't see this happening in the near future from their side, and I am sure that I am losing money because of this.
I find those terms to be bizarre. For example, when building a particular web page that is a class for visitors, it isn't called a page, that page is called a product.
I did a full 2-week trial and even connected my subdomains to try to get going and I was disappointed.
