Pros

The interface is so clean. There is a lot to love about this product, but my favorite has to be the ease of use.
Super easy to review and share videos and revisions. Collaboration is much easier and asynchrone review is nice for remote workers.
It very good that it integrates directly with Adobe Premiere Pro. It's nice working with Frame.io when collaborating with other filmmakers.

Cons

The amount of team-members per project is limited. The notification settings are a bit of a bother, you can set them up but I always end up missing important notifications.
It was more difficult when sending the project to a client that was unfamiliar with the software.
I wasn't able to determine why, but I had about a dozen clients who had a hard time leaving comments.
