Pros

Probably the best over-arching things are that everything works and the customer support is brilliant.
This is fantastic product supported by an excellent team that will work with you to fulfil your company's needs.
They are on top of changes in technology and have been very willing to understand and adapt to the unique requirements of my business. I am glad I chose them when I did.

Pros

The onboarding team and support were super helpful every step of the way and ensured that we were ready to have a successful launch for our employees.
It is easy to use and to navigate. I think it is very user friendly and has some great features and integrations like Slack.
It's quick and easy to upload, tag, and share assets. The support team was super helpful when needed.

Cons

Full Audit trail is missing, Multi Factor authentication is missing.
One issue with the software is that sometimes users have troubles due to Adobe settings.
The customers find it more difficult to use than a normal pdf.

Cons

As with any software, having a dedicated admin is necessary and a lack thereof can be frustrating.
Lastly, the templating feature through PrintUI was so confusing to implement that the task has been handed through three different people in our office and we never got it off the ground.
Everything is case sensitive - which leads to our team members creating lots of duplicate tags. It is also a bit of a mess getting your team aligned with tags/labels/sections.

Pros

Organization, search, auto-tagging functionality, customization, security, clean interface, plus excellent customer service and more features than the competition

Cons

It is a challenge for some of our users to change from organizing in a folder hierarchy to the tagging and labeling structure of Brandfolder. Even though it's a better system, it may take some time to get used to.

Positive experience - recommended for teams to trying to evaluate a digital asset solution

Pros

Running a web design team and there is a need to share brand assets (logos, marketing content, images, videos) in a centralised storage area for teams to reuse Brandfolder provides a safe and stable digital custody solution with proper access rights management, version control, collaboration tools and integration with Slack for easy sharing Must have tools for any large teams (>5) to keep their workflows productive

Cons

Support more content type. Some obscure content types (like HEIC format) require conversion before sharing and storing. Would be good for it to have a format converter built in to support all types of digital assets More integrations with Google Drives (multi account switching) and MFA for security

Pros

The user experience is exceptional. The layout is very clean and action buttons are clear. We move quickly, any small items like this really impact our process positively. Security settings and the ability to track who has access to our assets are important to us; knowing that assets can have restrictions and expiration dates is one of the features that stood out to us when purchasing this DAM system. Would highly recommend.

Cons

I do not like that you can't download videos straight form the system, but have to go to an external media site (like vimeo) to link to.

This platform has benefited our company in optimizing our workflow and digitizing high value information. It generates great efficiency and improves productivity for our company. It has increased the value of our company by having all the information gathered in one place, using standard workflows for all processes.

Pros

It's easy to use. Importing and exporting documents is easy. It allows you to upload many documents at the same time. It is really useful in the office to process a large number of documents every day. Designing and implementing the workflow is easy as it is done through an intuitive graphical interface. The mobile application is amazing, it can be accessed from anywhere and anytime. It has a robust security system that keeps the impost and created files protected.

Cons

The initial setup can be a bit complicated, but after configuring it, it is really easy to use.

The overall experience with Brandfodler was great from start to finish. It met the needs that we had and our employees use it very often.

Brandfolder is a very easy-to-use and customizable platform that was perfect for creating our company's brand portal. Following the merger and re-brand of our company, we wanted to create a brand portal is to centralize all digital assets, and having an efficient system to manage them is paramount to maximize productivity. As all digital assets are controlled in one place, we can be confident that...

Cons

The brand guidelines were one of our favorite features, however, it was not the easiest to design. While there are templates to use and plug and play, we wanted ours to be highly designed to match our brand. To do so, CSS coding is needed. The support team was great in sharing some code ideas from other brand guidelines they have seen. The coding was fairly easy to learn and we were very happy with the end product.
