The way we use it means that the number of users can expand rapidly and removing users can take quite a bit of time.

Oct 2022 update: Hi Courtney, we know we've updated you about the improvements we made in our software to support deleting multiple users at a time, but we want to thank you for providing this feedback. We add requests like this to our roadmap and it's great when we can release them and notify our customers about these improvements based on your feedback!

Vitrium is easy to use, and can be deployed in less than a week. It secures your content with any number of industry-standard encryption and DRM techniques you select, and give you many options for publishing the secured material, so that you can select the one that's right for you. Compared to offerings from the major players in the DRM space (e.g. the big A), it's quite affordable.

Watermarks can't be easily changed after the documents are loaded - make sure you finalize your watermarks first! Rights management and permissions are a bit less intuitive than I'd have hoped - but I think that's because they're so customizable. Pay close attention during the onboarding.

The sole area in which we would like to see improvement is in an easier method for users to select their own user name and password options for viewing documents.

Thanks for your review. We are glad that you¿ve had a great experience in using Vitrium Security. Permissions are granted via user names which, in most cases, will be an email address. As many of the systems are integrated to 3rd party back-end systems, these email addresses are required to remain static in order to maintain the system relationships. However, an administrator of the Vitrium Administration UI can make the change to the end-users email address. However, an end-user must consult with the content vendor to request such a change.

Converts most document formats to a Secured PDF and a Secured Browser-viewable webpage. Versioning keeps everyone updated. Access controls are granular enough to control almost all end users interactions. Users management is simple. Cost is one of the best for a Entreprise class solution

Full Audit trail is missing, Multi Factor authentication is missing

Mature software with robust functionality, their customer support team is very responsive

I would liked to have pricing that ramps up more economically as you implement/rollout the product. Having to start the license before fully using it made the decision to go forward more difficult.

Oct 2022 update: Hi Brett, we're so glad to get this kind of feedback. We have recently 'modularized' our product to allow companies to start with our lower-priced Pro Edition, then add more advanced features as they grow, using our new SSO with Google or Microsoft feature, and eventually, when companies have larger volumes of content or more users, we can upgrade them seamlessly to our Enterprise Edition they can integrate with their business systems such as an LMS, eCommerce system, or other system to provide single sign-on access for users.

The software was easy to setup and implement. It has many features and am particularly pleased that they improved the annotation tool.

Pricing is quite high. I would prefer if there was a few more tiers to make it more accessible.

The yearly subscription price! It's a lot for a micro business like me and the US$ price when converted to my A$ exacerbates it

The monthly cost seems a bit high for the amount of use we are giving it.
