Pros

We have had a great experience with Weave and even without the integration with our EMR I have noticed benefits to our practice. The ease in texting and communicating with patients is very convenient.
Practice it allows growth and management of my business it ways I never dreamed possible I find myself saying, "Wow, the Weave can help me do that better a lot.
So far it has been great. It's very user friendly & I am so happy we are using it at the office.

Cons

It is the worst, call into support and put on hold, for 30 minutes, while all the time getting messages about using the chat, only problem the chat is just as bad, was number 17 in the queue.
Ve had multiple minor issues that Weave support has failed to address or fix. For example, we have had problems with patient photos being taken out of our practice management software by Weave.
The only thing that may be an issue is if we lose internet connection for some reason - our phones do not work. Which can be added stress and disruption in our day.
