Pros

I love the integration with our practice management software, and that patients like the features that allow text responses and ease of communication with our office.

Cons

I wish Weave would implement a spell check feature and would pick up cell numbers from any field from our practice management software.

Practice it allows growth and management of my business it ways I never dreamed possible I find myself saying, "Wow, the Weave can help me do that better a lot"

Great Product

Pros

As a small staff, it's extremely helpful to be able to login from the PC or mobile app to check missed calls, messages, set-up business hours, & alter messages based on working hours.

Cons

WEAVE is supposed to be compatible with our practice management software (we don't use that feature yet) but so far we truly haven't ran into any issues as of yet.

Great for keeping office on the same page

They are very backlogged with the online chat feature and also when calling in.

Pros

I like how they integrate reputation management into the package also.

Cons

There is a lot going on and a lot for them to keep track of. They do actively look at feedback and make updates based on that feedback which is very nice.

Great product, support is lacking

Good, we love the features and functionality. We use it everyday and our practice has greatly benefited from it.

Pros

We love the mobile app, two-way texting, call recording and automated review system.

Cons

Fax should be available for much less than $50 per month. The dashboard metrics add-on would be great but it's overpriced.

Weave integration for dentists

Overall functions very well

Pros

Links well to practice management software, the phones are good quality, the mobile app makes it easy to communicate with patients.

Cons

Would like the ‘blast communications to improve. Such as a blast text for trying to fill late cancellations, or just information to link to a specific link on our webpage. I also would like the marketing email campaigns that we have created to be Saved, and to be able to recreate our format in the body of the email.

Great functionality

Overall I am happy with Weave's text and chat messaging, along with the ease of faxes.

Pros

Daily use of Weave in real time text and employee chat has made such a huge difference in our practice.

Cons

Integration was not bad, some problems were with original faxes (third party) I had to cancel this with WEAVE and go to an outside service; since then Weave changed third parties and we have no issues.

Nice idea, but limited functions.

What was promised to us, never transpired. Phone service was quite poor. I would avoid this company.

Pros

Nice idea for what the features are,but they never worked wit( our software, and there was no future plan to work with our practice management software.

Cons

Phone quality was horrible. They would do updates during the workday, or right Begay vacation with no warning to us. Their servers would crash and we would be without phone service for hours at a time.

The main benefit here is automated patient/customer alerts and notifications.

Pros

Ability to have the program on your phone and being able to see work related documents/situations remotely.

Cons

Expensive to have on multiple computers. When the program the crashes, the phones crash too but this has only happened twice in the past year.

I love the ease of dragging and dropping a file to fax it to someone.

Cons

The cost. It seems really expensive, however, we do have phone lines and the software. I think that as Weave continues to develop features it gets closer to worth the cost.

Forward Thinking Product

Overall, Weave is a great product. I do believe that they will be adding features, and upgrading their platform as time goes on. I would recommend them to my dental colleagues. It is really nice that a patients name and info pops up when they call. I really like to communicate with my patients, and this is the way to do that. I also like their digital fax that they provide.

Pros

I really like that Weave connects with my main patient management software, open dental.

Cons

They are missing the follow through in a few areas. The service that they provide is not the best. They seem to promise a lot, and aren't sure how to follow through. I am new with their company, so I would have thought that a new customer would be high priority.

Weave has decreased our telephone expense.

Weave has cut our phone expenses 14% since on-boarding. Weave has improved our paperwork flow within the office and has increased staff efficiency.

Pros

The text feature has improved our communication with our patients.

Cons

Hold times for customer service historically have been long, however we have seen a decrease in hold time over the last 4 weeks. Would love to have one master account to manage our service as opposed to one for each office. There is a problem with texting to ATT and Criket numbers.

Weave pros and cons

2019-12-16

After going through the past 2.5months of patients getting texted when another patient was intended, I'm not sure how we will recover and hope that no one gets too upset about it. It's a huge HIPPA violation because we have gotten authorization to send patient appointment details like finances, and when we text patient "mary" about her appointment, Patient "bob" gets that text and then calls us. Not too impressed with how Weave handled this entire situation. We were offered a half credit of one month. Not happy at all with customer support because this went on for almost three months... I like it when it works right, it's actually perfect, but I can't risk these HIPPA Issues...

Pros

When it works properly, it's great for chatting in the office with team members and the texting feature is great

Cons

The chat feature stopped working.
