Pros

It's a perfect solution to manage projetcs and share quickely informations with members of your team. I extremely recommend WIMI for people who have projects to do.
Very reactive and nice customer support. I feel confident for the important documents we share.
Moreover Its cost in terms of quantity and quality of its services is simply derisory. The "What Else" slogan fit it perfectly well.

Cons

We lacked the tool to register those events systematically, give transparency on scheduling and avoid conflicts of schedules.
Impossibility to forbid the deletion of document to some participants.
The fact that there are no voice calls. Not able to meet with colleagues.
