Pros

Great product, great support and I see that product is changing all the time to evolve to better and better version.
Windward Reports does much more - but even for this it is worth the cost. Support is great, the team is very friendly too.
That's the product, but the customer support also deserves some serious kudos. Whenever I've had any issue, they have been super on top of it.

Cons

The missing libraries for processing of pictures from cameras.
Initially the online documentation was somewhat difficult to navigate.
Their service greatly exceeds that of vendors we pay seven figures a year.
