Will recommend this app. Great for the whole team to meet for a set given information pool.
Ideal for your meetings to take place sharing your project information or for those important meetings. Helps me to keep to deadlines within a project with the team. Good communication platform for all levels.
Takes a little longer to set up than others out there but once set up it is good to use as it’s easy to navigate.

I have using workplace from meta to connect my work’s team when we are in home office and I really think is a good option.
The facility to use the platform and the interface in the meetings
In general I like everything, and I think Workplace from Meta is a tool very functional to keep connected to your work’s team

Overall Workplace from Meta made team communication a breeze (and allowed for fewer in person meetings!!)
This platform is very similar to Facebook. This made most users instantly understand how to navigate and use the tools. The ability to build groups within the team is great for getting the proper information to the proper employees without having to read through posts and news that was irrelevant.
Sometimes notifications would keep coming in on the same post that has already been viewed, even if there was no new comments or activity.

Overall, workplace is a software that can work great in a working environment but some things like the video calling are more necessary for zoom.
Workplace is very great for communication with other people you work with and is an easy way to contact bosses and coworkers.
There are better video calling softwares that I would prefer to use than workplace but it’s still good enough.

My overall experience with workplace has been great
Workplace is really great for meetings and such. If naked working at my job a whole lot easier. Very good software.
None it is a good software and I really like it a lot. There is nothing I dislike about it at all that I can think of.

See above. Didn't care for it.
Not much. I didn't see the point of it and found no value in using it.
It's completely pointless as far as I am concerned. Getting staff to log in to this through Facebook to get messages and communicate is just distracting. I'll stick with e-mail and texting, and old fashioned things like "meetings".

Nice schedule for busy people
Scheduler offers an easy way to organized meetings, task and others subjects. Also, people can create a discussion group to find support in different subjects.
Facebook should promote this for students and professional more aggressive. This is a powerful tool in this field.

Overall experience is very good. I enjoyed working on Meta. As online meetings are the coolest feature for me. Real-time chat is also the best option, we can easily be in touch with far apart team members.
The ability to host online meetings is the coolest feature for me because of the excellent quality of the photos and the potential audience size.
Keeping track of the tasks allocated to teammates by tagging them in posts is still inadequate.

The experience with Workplace has been satisfactory. I do not use it much as we require it just for information purpose. We already have solutions in place for Video calls, Meetings and IMs. So Workplace is just used for information sharing.
Workplace by Facebook is somewhat a replica of Facebook but this is for a particular organization to communicate internally. The employees can use it just like Facebook and create groups, chat, share pictures, host video calls, group calls and everything that Facebook offers. Its a great tool to use for internal communication.
There are no cons as such in Workplace by Facebook. It works pretty well. The features it offers for internal communication are redundant I will say because most of the organizations will already have a solution in place for IM, Meetings, etc.

Overall, I liked using it compared to other options available and it's nice to have an easy way to connect with team members during this working from home time.
-Finally, something other than Zoom for everything. -The price point is pretty good, and offers a lot of features for 4usd/month per person, including file storage, which is really handy. -Auto translation feature which is quite handy -Discounts to front line workers
-The look and feel of it does make it seem like you are browsing Facebook all day, which can be a bit irritating.

Is is super easy to communicate/coordinate projects with coworkers. I love you can create groups of just certain people. Creating events is also great for when you have meetings, etc.
Facebook as a whole has pretty rough customer service. They take forever to respond or just don't at all. Also, sometimes as things fall down the timeline they get lost.

I typically work alone these days, but for times when I did work in a team setting I found Workplace by Facebook to be more than adequate. Is it better than Skype or Zoom? It could be!
Workplace by Facebook allows users who are working together to communicate easily and more efficiently. I always found it easier to use than going through the trouble of writing an e-mail or sending a text. The auto translation feature is very interesting.
I did not always see that there were unread messages. I don't use Facebook very much so I'm not as familiar with how their products work as someone who uses it everyday would be.

My team have been able to stay in contact fully during all 3 lockdowns and this would have been difficult without workplace. Its not gone down once all year which is a huge achievement
Workplace has been amazing at helping my team, my peers and beyond at staying in touch, holding meetings and sharing best practice. The ability for do not disturb and short term muting is very useful too.
Can't send PDF's to each other on messenger. The Rooms feature is good but if I share my screen, I can't then very easily see everyone and my video stops.

What I like most about having implemented Workplace is that we were able to find a space to streamline our meetings and remote objectives, because many of the work teams are located in other countries.
What I like the least about Facebpook's Workplace is that it usually looks like the social network and loses that corporate environment that should be maintained.

it is a great internal app. Now you dont have to conduct meetings for each and every announcement. You can just post it on this app and every employee can see it. It saved lot of time and money.
Workplace from facebook can be used by any business, no matter what the size of the business is. You have to create a business facebook profile. It will be different from your personal profile. You can message any employee of the company using workplace. you can start discussions, create groups on workplace, create an event. You can also post announcement you want to make through workplace.
for using the advance and enterprise features of the workplace from facebook, you have to pay a monthly fees.

It feels like I am using my personal Facebook account at work. It's very easy to navigate considering most of us are used to Facebook already. It allows for group interactions as well as planning, project management and team meetings.
I like that Facebook was able to develop a platform that allows to interact with fellow coworkers in a professional manner. It helps by keep everyone updated on what is happening in the office and it's perfect for project and time management. I use it all the time to check on other people's projects and progress.
There is literally nothing wrong with this idea. It's great, easy to use, and it unifies our team in a way that only Facebook can do.

We use Workplace extensively for communicating with employees and keeping the company calendar. Any meetings we have are shared live, and those who can't be there in person can watch and comment questions or comments that we can see and address in real time during the meeting. The video remains on the page after the meeting, so there's no excuse for not knowing what happened during a meeting. Most people are familiar with Facebook, so there isn't really a need for training. We all keep closer contact than we otherwise would because of questions asked on the feed and conversations often arise. It connects employees who might never have connected if it weren't for their interactions in Workplace.
Workplace allows us to communicate with employees, schedule events, post pictures and videos, educate them, host live videos, etc.
It doesn't have any task management features. I feel like task management functions could be added to make the functionality more complete. Since we're hosting meetings in there, having conversations, and keeping the company calendar, it makes sense that we should be able to assign tasks and keep track of projects there, too. But, that doesn't seem to be a part of it.

My manager would post status letting us know when department meetings would take place, also post things like employee of the month and stats for the periods. It is very helpful as its based from my person Facebook page so I don't have to create any new accounts to access.
Since it is tied with my personal Facebook, sometimes I would miss updates if we were not personal invited on the update itself. Fortunately, you are able to place alerts on the Workplace account that sends an alert whenever a update is posted.

Its easy to use and allows my company to communicate with each other. Since most people are already familiar with the facebook app in general, its very easy to adapt to this platform. We use it for to remind about meetings, important announcements and collaborate with other departments, especially in this pandemic.

We used it to solve the problem of internal communication and to establish a space for improved team collaboration. It gives tools that assist in team coordination.
Its feature is very similar to Facebook, thus it is very simple to use. Also, I enjoy how the platform can be used for meetings and group calls. The finest feature for me was its good user experience and the vast number of people who could participate in the video conference.
There is nothing I dislike about it, but tagging colleagues in posts to keep track of the activities assigned to them is still insufficient.

We use this App on a daily basis to create chats and communicate with everyone in the department if questions or recommendations need to be presented. We often use this app to set up meetings via video call since half of the department work at another site out of state.
I like the convenience of this app by giving you the option to create chats or video calls so you can communicate effectively with your co workers. The program also runs smoothly without any lags or disconnections.
I can honestly say I do not dislike anything about this company.

Workplace by Facebook experience has been good overall. It delivers what it says it will and does so with minimal issues and next to no learning curve.
Workplace aims to get your entire team on the platform to streamline communication. This could be anything from short chats, to video meetings, group chats, to collaborative digital workspaces. It does everything fairly well. Because it is based on Facebook it is familiar and that helps with the learning curve and the dedicated application is useful aswell.
Facebook, regardless of how you package, has always had the same issue. Terrible customer support. If you do have an issue you will have a hard time finding answers or talking to a real-life human being for help.

By the time that I started using Workplace, we had a switch in our way-of-work and it helped us during this period of time. But later, when our work returned as usual, another systems was installed in our computers and we switched to the system. I guess workplaces still need some improvements for business, but in general, it was a good experience.
The best feature for me was the video meetings functionality, because of the great quality of the images as well as the number of people that could be in the video call. Another important functionality was the file sharing system between groups on the platform, because of the ease-of-use and the possibility to transfer larger documents.
I disliked the large amount of notifications that are received from the groups that I participated. This impacts directly on my productivity at work, because it spent a considerable amount of time. Another thing that I disliked was the fact that I was inserted on many groups without my permission. I believe that if the platform sent me a notification with a request to accept to join the group, my experience could be better.

Overall, we have a place where a group can work together and can have their meetings on their own. Easy messaging in case someone is not around. However, not all people or countries really familiarize this tool. It still needs more push to make the company employees use the platform rather than using others.
Personally, as Digital Marketing who is knowledgeable with different types of platforms, I really like it. However, some of my colleagues who are Saudis does not like Facebook and workplace features almost the same as regular Facebook. Overall looks and design are very user friendly.
Yes. The translation. Since this is for business applications, I think it makes sense that the messaging through workplace chat should have a feature for auto-translate. If this can be done, many none users of workplace will have to use the workplace to communicate with the team. It could break the barrier of language deficiency. Integration really is not so good, especially when creating chatbots or linking it to tasks scheduler.

I am able to collaborate with the team so easily. Since it is fine-tuned for professional needs it fits perfect for our team communication. Everything such as groups, chat in a single place. Since it has mobile apps, I am able to be available all the time. The UI is easy and neat. Perfect for scheduling meetings and checking availability.
1. Since it is like a miniature of FB, it is very easy to use 2. Perfectly fits for the professional needs 3. It has a workchat platform integrated 4. Easy to share links and create events 5. Good for free plans 6. It has Groups, chat, video call feature 7. Easy to share the ideas and get it reviewed
1. Still in the chat there is no direct message to message reply option 2. It still has some bugs, such us even though a feed is seen, the notification will still be on in group.

It’s good to have this as an option for the workplace. Saves us time and money from not traveling as often.

My overall experience with Zoom is excellent. It helps me in connecting with all the stakeholders at one place just from my workplace. Coordination with whole team becomes very easy.
There are so many features i like in Zoom but one of the most liked is it's ability to add multiple people at once in a single session. Unlike other similar tools where there is limitation on number of people you can add in a single session.
There is no option of downloading the whole session which I think is the need of hour. I don't want to waste my time in organizing similar session again and again. Instead I would be glad if i can download the session and share it with everyone who needs it.

Overall Zoom has been a great tool for the workplace and my family and friends.
In a time with employees, family, and friends working from home or staying in more Zoom provides an opportunity to still connect and catch up.
There are connection issues from time to time and the screen has a tendency to freeze, maybe not every meeting but still fairly often.

This program is a very good way to support people from various companies, I could also check the status of the connections and I could maintain servers. Fully recommended for learning and for the workplace if you have constant meetings.
This program allows a wide range of options -Allows business meetings -Work from home in a very simple way -Offers the opportunity to gather several people, share a screen, control another user's screen and have others control your screen in case you need help. -It is a great tool to make presentations of work and important projects.
-The limitation of the free version is a drawback, if you are in a meeting with more than 2 people, there is a limit of 40 min, but this is solved with the business version that is not so expensive. -I had some issues sharing screen control, sometimes the mouse was unresponsive, but very seldom. -Controls are not as intuitive when making a video call or screen sharing, but once you get used to it, no problem

Overall, I am very satisfied with zoom. It is full of features & functions which is extremely beneficial for my workplace.
It has been a game saver for us during the covid situation. Our whole university went online & the zoon meeting software has been a blessing for us from that time. It is affordable, compact in size, requires low hardware & network usage & has tons of features at this price point. We conducted our classes, & meetings online through zoom. It has a great audio & video call quality with meeting recording options. The recurring meeting option is also great.
Zoom is a great meeting software though Its integration with third-party software is not well developed. The UI needs some more refreshments.

Zoom lets me work remotely without missing any content or personal interaction. My campus also uses zoom to gather people from across the campus in a virtual meeting.
I am a consultant working three states from home. Zoom allows me to work remotely some weeks. This keeps down travel expenses. Zoom has features (live video, speech through the computer, screen sharing, chat, more) that make remote meetings effective and worthwhile.
In my current workplace, I have to rely on an administrator to set up a zoom meeting. I would like to be able to do that more "on the fly."
