You can build incredibly amazing customer relationship with the most popular and favorite Zoho CRM Software. You can convert extra leads and you can easily increase your revenue.
I like the most about the collaborative easy to use tools with any type of function like customer service, marketing and creating automated responses which are very helpful.
ZOHO CRM is very easy to use, particularly, it offers you the ability to customize its features to fit business goals. It has a great user-friendly interface and easy to navigate.

The workflow piece is awful and not intuitive at all. Where all other platforms use actual workflows, Zoho is stuck in the 18th century in its interface.
Really clunky, looks terrible (in terms of UI), and generally a bad CRM tool. I guess you get what you pay for.
It was a mistake and I immediately corrected myself by ignoring Zoho apps. Though I wasted 2 months learning the modules.

Great - it helps to have a developer on your team with SQL and PHP experience, but it's also easy to find a freelance consultant who can help architect. I highly recommend Zoho and their family of products.

Pros

- Easy to customize - 24/7 support for technical issues I've had in the past - Supports a lot of the more advanced features found in higher premium CRMs

Cons

- Without any technical knowledge or database experience, might be difficult to setup. Requires intermediate knowledge of CRMs in general to get started.

100% Satisfied with the product, support, updates, and price.

Pros

The value for money is excellent compared to other tools in the sector. Also, the capability to create custom functions and integrate with proprietary and non-proprietary solutions is very useful.The user interface is very intuitive and clear. The customization process is very simple, most modules do not require customization because the preset data responds to general needs.Also, you can create a custom module to capture specific data, this can be related to the base modules, making all your data linkable.

Cons

Documentation can be outdated, but customer support has a lot of knowledge.

The best CRM online platform, it's the all-in-one tool for client management, specially because you can configure stages, registrees, automatization, and gives order to your sales team.

Pros

Evaluating different alternatives for customer management, we decided to use Zoho CRM because it has many features that allow you to configure the platform to your needs. Everything is through integrations and modules that allow you to connect with special extensions. It also allows you to generate reports and dashboard for measuring, which is the only way you can improve. And the best thing: Zoho One! you can access to another Zoho platforms with the same account.

Cons

The bad thing is that you require knowledge and programming skills when integrating and connecting with other existing platforms.

Zoho meets the basic needs of small enterprises

Overall I haven't used it much but the little knowledge of it has been very useful,I've found it to be particularly effective.

Pros

It needs very minimal training for at user to grasp it.I used the free version of it for consultancy job I did and I found it very useful for small businesses!

Cons

It can be a bit slownto integrate with outside apps or software,it can be frustrating to sync it with other softwares for data communication!

Pros

The customization tab is awesome. We've been able to create a ton of different portals and views for our employees and customers using the ZOHO built in templates

Cons

Customization tabs does require a bit of coding knowledge, but we were able to learn and implement in a 2 day time span.

A CRM on a par with more sophisticated tools

I recommend to those who want to share their work to make the team close-knit and motivated.

Pros

Some people use computers for complicated office work but without being able to work in teams. There are those who use computers for activities in which collaboration and interoperability, lightness, speed and effectiveness of communication and exchange in the team are primary objectives, required above all by activities in which the device used is usually a smartphone or a tablet. For all of these, Zoho CRM is an exceptional Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Its simplicity in configuration and structuring makes it easy for everyone to use, but above all useful for exchanging data and documents with profit for all staff based on carefully defined and rapid authorizations in the system itself.

Cons

A certain difficulty that requires knowledge of the operation of the instrument and of the system in which the CRMS is to be installed.

I really loved the software and recommended it to many of my customers and they are happy with it for months now

Pros

The ease of management and the organized user interface makes it easy for software user to deal with the daily duty handled by the software

Cons

You need to have a good knowledge about CRM software and you need to have a good plan to be up to the market

Pros

While a lot of customization needed to be done, connecting other systems was straight forward.

Cons

Creating logic in flows seamed complicated and requires advanced knowledge. I would like more examples/templates that could be tweaked to suit our processes.

Most important tool for a Sales guy

Its analytics portion gives me more and better opportunities to help my clients which helped their business and increased my overall knowledge of analytics

Pros

Zoho CRM is one of the simplest tool I ever used and one can easily hands-on with it in a few hours. Though it is simple to use but very effective in use. A most important feature of Zoho is that one can easily categorize their clients in a different manner which make it easy to handle more than one client. Reporting part is also good as compared to other clients, apart from this it analytics capabilities are also awesome.

Cons

The most hated part of Zoho is its Customer support , it is very pathetic and sometimes it is very glitchy which makes the CRM unusable.

I have been using it as my main knowledge base and CRM for my company for past 6 months and I can say it’s wonderfull.

Pros

Really easy to use, connect clients, message them, create support tickets and more is really easy. Single click and description. It also features many addons that help really much. Great software/application

Cons

Some new features that for example Zendesk offers would be nice as well as selfhosting the software.
