This is a useful program that solves your communication needs and helps keep you up to date with your emails, your meetings, and your daily tasks
It doesn't require a program to be installed in your computer, and you can have access to it where ever you need to: Laptop, PC, Tablet, Phone. It can sync your personal calendar in your cell phone and keep you updated about your meetings, Task list, and reminders. You can filter e-mails by folders, and there is also a downloadable local version in case you need to work off-line.
It does not have a wide variety of themes.

Zimbra, an instant mail setup client which is the best for the corporate sector as we can easily deliver messages and receive the same which works in real time. I have been using Zimbra mail server from the past 2 years and it works remain excellent till time as I don't even have any late deliverability nor any delayed task on it. The features were actually well built for an employee who used to use this on a daily basis and can interact with their colleagues/staff members/clients easily and on time.
The most I like in Zimbra is: 1. Faster Deliverability of Emails in real time 2. Can add Email Signature to all our emails 3. Can send Events/Meetings Invites 4. User Responsive in design and lite speed software 5. Can use Out of Office option if you're in leave and send automatic responsive email to them 6. Can Import/Backup all emails/contacts with a single click 7. Can search through all our emails by using search options 8. There is an inbuilt Calendar for our quick meetings lookup in it
Hmm.. At Present, there's no cons or least liked about this software as I have been using it from past 2 years and going with the same speed till now :)

I am very impressed by the simplicity and reliability of Zimbra Collaboration Suite. I love the security Zimbra offers while still having the same look and feel of other familiar email clients. My team and I use Zimbra for email and scheduling meetings. It is very easy to use and an easy switch for any team looking for a more private solution to large teams wanting to collaborate via email. The themes are also a very nice feature (I use Carbon).

I think that Zimbra is a perfect tool for emailing and management. Despite some issues, it is very easy to implement the service and it helps to communicate with customers and colleagues in the handiest way.
To my mind, it is great that Zimbra gives an opportunity to share a calendar among colleagues and customers. It helps us to share all important data and meetings at any time. Another plus is a simple and user-friendly design. It is perfect both for qualified users and people who use it for the first time. And of course, emailing itself is on the top-level. It is easy to customize and make the necessary changes. Zimbra is an open source software with an opportunity to send emails, keep contacts, and make notes in the calendar. This service is perfect for remote work because I can keep an eye on everything and be sure, that everyone knows what they need to do.
I am convinced that Zimbra has more advantages than disadvantages. However, there are some issues to fix. Firstly, filters are hard to use and understand, because they aren’t flexible at all. Secondly, the software itself is quite hard to operate. Despite all pluses, the service still demands some basic IT skills. Thirdly, there might be some problems with data export and back up, because the software depends on servers.

I'm no longer at work where I use Zimbra, but I recommend it 100%
I met Zimbra when in one of my jobs they demanded the use of free software, which I thought was wonderful, I could not participate in the configuration of the service, however my support colleagues did it without knowing anything about the tool, following the manuals and the broad community that it has; the installation was a success, the next step was to provide users with their mail and a brief explanation of its use, but it really was not necessary since the tool was so intuitive that there was not someone who could not use it, we were all delighted with that we could access our mail from any device with Internet access, be able to schedule calendars and meetings, share email folders with other people, synchronize with any email client.
Few disadvantages you can have of a product like this, perhaps for those who managed the service could be somewhat complicated at the beginning, but not impossible to manage, since there was no interruption of the service at any time.

Firstly we use this software to check the incoming mails from clients or colleagues. The experience is quite good while using this software as it is fast, more secure. It blocks the mails from the third party systems which are not trusted by this zimbra collaboration suite. We can integration this suite with informative applications like Ted, IBM redbooks to view our daily feeds which is quite helpful...
1) Can be accessed through any browser like Chrome, Firefox, Edge etc.. 2) Can be accessed through Personal Computer and Mobile 3) Inbox folders, addresses, contacts, tasks, calender scheduling dates can be shared among multiple users 4) Can schedule group meetings with a specific date and time using calenders 5) Personal tasks can be assigned or tasks can be assigned in groups. The progress of the task can be specified and the works to do further in regards to the task can also be specified. 6) A specified directory called brief case is available to store our files. 7) Zimlets are available to make the conversations between end to end users in a more formal, more interactive way. 8) Tags can be used to filter out the incoming mails that is to be called out in a particular category.
I didn't find any Cons. I find the working of this software Swift and smooth with no time lags while loading the incoming mails.

My organization has been using Zoom for the longest time and we have found it great so far.
I like the whole suite of features that Zoom provides, from meetings to file sharing and team collaboration.
Sometimes, there are bugs with Zoom that does not allow the user to send files to a particular recipient.

mainly use this for meetings with external partners who are not part of our G-Suite, similar functionality like video conferencing, screen sharing and collaboration via whiteboard
easy to use, very helpful for video conferencing with partners/customers/employees who may not have a solution like G-Suite or MS Teams, whiteboeard functionality for collaborative screen sharing, good compensation of bad internet connectivity, especially when working from home
currently no integration for calendar software for reminders to attend scheduled meetings, auto start of scheduled meetings etc, privacy issues

My overall impression is very positive. I have used it primarily for interviews, both one on one and group interviews. It was highly reliable and I never had any problems
It is very useful and is widely used especially at the time of COVID pandemic. It is quite intuitive and one can easily understand the features
I did not notice any problems. It could have more features for collaboration but collaboration is not the primary purpose here

While my team and I primarily use Microsoft Teams to collaborate with one another as we have access to Microsoft 365, Zoom is the primary application we use to videoconference with our clients. It's incredibly simple for us as a business to integrate and begin using, but it is also very simple for our customers to set up their own videocall and have us contact them for any concerns they may have with our designs. It puts the power in the consumer rather than the vendor, which helps the customer feel like they have the most control over the process.
Zoom doesn't have the more robust features that Microsoft Teams has, such as integration with the rest of a productivity suite such as Teams and Microsoft 365. It might not be the preferred method of collaboration for a team amongst themselves, but towards a business-consumer type of conference, Zoom can't be beat.

Zoom has proven to be much more cost effective and reliable than WebEx. The quality of WebEx seems to be a bit rocky, and I haven't had that issue with Zoom.
Connections are fast and stable, conference calls are clear and easy to join. Screen sharing works well and controls are intuitive. Price is great.
I have no complaints either this software suite.

I like the interface and the Gallery Mode. It is lightweight and do not have any disturbance while the meeting is running. Sharing Screen is also easy.
There is no noise cancellation techique. File sharing needs to be enhanced. Meeting should not end when the organizer drops off.

video conference, meetings, collaboration
This has transformed the way our teams do conferences. No more telecoms with long awkward pauses and bad lines. Zoom has a great interface and makes for a very user friendly intuitive interaction. Great to store large groups of contacts too and quickly add more through the contacts section.
Very few flaws so far. Sometimes it might be hard to get a hold of the customer care center, but great online support.

Collaboration, synchronous learning, digital competency.
Teaching middle school students, I appreciate the ease of use of Zoom. There was a slight learning curve at the begining, but all of my students are able to independently utilize Zoom. I love the screen sharing option as I often share a presentation or information. The breakout rooms have also been amazing! It allows my students to still do group work or projects together.
I would appreciate if as a teacher I could get a transcript of what is written in the chat. I know I can turn that function off, but it would be interesting to see.

communication, collaboration, ease of training
So with new jobs comes lots of training. Zoom has made this way easier. It allows us at home workers to collaborate with our trainer and team leads so that they can provide us the tools we need to be successful. You can share your screens in the meeting, so that your trainer can see any issues you may be having, as well as follow along with their screens to learn.
Biggest issue is security. Zoom has been the topic of security lately, allowing hackers to take over meetings etc. They seem to have recently fixed the issue, but that doesn't mean it can't happen again.

The mobile app is great and its so easy to share access and join from anywhere. Call and video quality have been great and camera and audio controls are super easy, much easier than Teams.
Super easy to use on laptops or phones. I'm able to share my link through text or email and have someone join a meeting at the drop of a hat. Sharing my screen is also a huge benefit and the ability to control someone else's screen. The call in functionality is great as well in case I don't have a computer nearby.
Doesn't have the integration and collaboration capabilities like Teams, but is much easier to use in general.

Distance collaboration with sensitive client data.
My favorite feature about Zoom is the security. I use it to collaborate with peers and we are often discussing protected health information. Zoom is HIPPA compliant and that dwarfs all other features.

I could not be happier. Our institution has standardized on it, and it was one of the best I.T. business decisions we have made in the last 5 years.
Zoom video conferences are just smooth, and not loaded with an annoying amount of jitter like the other products in the field. That results in a natural meeting, as close as you can get other than physical face-to-face. It's well maintained. Unfortunately people still buy Cisco's option because of Cisco's name, not Cisco's functionality and performance.
It would be good to see more significant integration with G Suite and Office365.

Makes collaboration with remote teammates much easier.
Overall the system makes basic video conferencing with groups easy. With a quick download and the right meeting code, you can quickly log into a team meeting. Video and call quality is better than average. Chat feature and quick ability to mute and unmute calls makes it easy to ask questions without interrupting folks. I use it frequently and haven't had many issues with it. It's set up for a certain meeting ID for specific meeting rooms at our office, allowing quick and easy calls without figuring out a new ID or code.
The system does seem to pick up the speakers in one-on-one meetings when using a microphone vs. headset. Also if you call in and are logged in the system picks you up as two separate users instead of one person so it can make the call size look off.
