I have been using it for years in tandem with my Zoho CRM.
Zoho doc's is like the combination of Google doc's, MS office and dropbox all in one. I love the cloud storage, the collaboration ability and the office tools.
It's a great product and service which has now gotten better by transforming it into Zoho Workdrive which is perfect.

All in all, I wish I could replace Google Docs with Zoho Docs. I simply prefer using Zoho Docs more. If I had a large company I might do so for internal use. But given that most of the people I communicate with don't use, and have never used Zoho, it makes Zoho a difficult choice as a go to word processing platform.
Zoho Docs is easy to use, robust, online, and free for up to three users. It offers a feature rich platform not found on platforms that are entirely free. Work is saved automatically on the web so one never needs to worry about constantly saving work or fear losing it. Although its been a while since I've logged onto Zoho, writing this review reminds me of what a good word processing platform Zoho and what I'm missing by not taking greater advantage of the many features Zoho Docs has to offer. Given my personal preference, I'd rather use Zoho Docs over Google Docs.
The problem with Zoho Docs is that it isn't ubiquitous; whereas Google Docs is. If I want to share something on Zoho Docs they need a Zoho account and if they don't have a Zoho account they need to create one and this is considered a hassle by many, and indeed is a hassle. While more robust than some of its competitors, Zoho Docs is also a bit clumsy.

Part of the Zoho system and makes it easier to share the documents on there in other Zoho applications.
The features are not done as well as competition, it's complicated to use and the interface is hard to understand.

Ability to centralize all company documents in one portal. As a manager, I appreciate that each employee can have different access by document.
Toggling between Zoho format and Word is sometimes tedious. I would like to see Word documents be able to be edited within Zoho Docs.

My first experience with Zoho Docs was when I needed to migrate a lot of files from another platform to Zoho, because as I already use other tools from Zoho and keeping documents on the same platform helps me to make my business all connected. Overall my experience is very good with Zoho.
I like so much use Zoho Doc for the for the security it transmits when storing my files and addition to offering much more space than other platforms.
His interface interactions are a little difficult to use then google drive for exemple. The user needs to be a little more mature more to understand. I wold like that Zoho Docs working with more usability.

If you don't want your business documents going wild in the cloud, because your employees need to share information, then as a part of a complete solution for business Zoho Docs has worked great for us.
It has all features needed to share and collaborate with documents. It is a great tool for collaboration, all changes are seen in real time. Docs and Sheets has most of the features that you can find in MS Word and Excel.
You can't edit docx documents in collaboration. It needs to be converted to Zoho format first. I have had few formatting problems when converting Word documents to zoho.

Another strong reason to use Zoho Docs is the ease with which you can attach any document in your Zoho Docs drive to an e-mail. I don't have to download the Zoho Document to my computer before attaching and sending it to a colleague.
I am able to write and format documents for work assignments and personal letters on my computer, tablet, or iPhone.
I know this is picky, but I would like more formatting options for creating and designing tables. Besides that, I have no complaints.

As always with Zoho products, I was pleasantly surprised at the features provided for free. However, certain workflow and performance issues keep me from using the tools full-time.
Zoho Docs wouldn't be all that special without Zoho Writer, which is the unsung hero of free online word processors. I've reviewed it positively on Capterra and highly recommend it. So it's hard to talk about Zoho Docs, which is basically the management hub for multiple Writer docs, without also talking about Writer. Zoho Docs provides feature parity with Google Docs and improves it in many respects. For instance, all Zoho Docs can be sync continuously with Dropbox. I guess it makes sense that Google Drive continuous sync isn't included. ;-) Zoho Writer now provides an integrated grammar checker/writing assistant called Zilia, which in my tests provides better advice than Grammarly and for free. I like the Zoho Docs templates better than those from Google Docs.
UI fonts are too small and too light to be read easily by these old eyes. I couldn't find any settings to change the default other than increasing the browser zoom. That's bad. Everything loads slowly on underpowered devices and there's no feedback as to the state of the interface. UI elements are therefore often slow to respond. No integration with Zoho Notebook, for some inexplicable reason, which makes Notebook kind of pointless. No integration with Evernote either so that's a definite workflow issue.

Its free alternative of google docs, docs spreadsheet i use it almost daily and sharing it with others is also very user friendly and hence i use it within my company team
We use zoho docs in my company for everything and google docs charges for the same features in their business plan but zoho gives it for free
Nice very close to what google docs provide but at times the loading time is a lot and slow performance when using zoho spreadsheet, formulas are not as good as google docs

Our company started used Zoho Mail so we decided to also start using Zoho Docs. As a current user of Google Docs, I find Google Docs to be very intuitive and easy to use with a simple and clean user interface. Zoho Docs is comparable with similar features.
Although the user interface is similar, I would still prefer Google Docs. Also, the sharing feature is very confusing! With Google Docs, you can easily share documents with a link but that link is so difficult to find for Zoho Docs! Zoho Docs - if you are reading this, please make it simpler to share the link for documents (for now, I have to click many times to find the permalink but that should be available when I'm trying to share and set collaborators).

Zoho Docs is a great tool to collaborate online and wonderful tool for the team working remotely and working in different time zones. Very affordable and easy to use. Highly recommended.
Zoho Docs is power packed tool of Zoho Universe. Following are the pros of Zoho Docs: - Secure and centralized document management - Remote access to files and documents - Easy to create, edit, share, view and upload any type of files and documents - Collaborate online to edit docs by multiple employees simultaneously.
Although Zoho Docs is a great tool but still have some scope of improvements to reach level of Google Drive and OneDrive.

We live Zoho Docs and Google Docs, however, sometimes you want more privacy and security with your docs and data. This is what you are going to get with Zoho Docs.
As long as Zoho and Google continue to compete with each other, it won't be hard to see both of these solutions in competition and improving over time. With that said, we would like to see better mass management tools for sorting, editing, deletion and more.

We use other Zoho products and the high efficiency integration between Zoho Docs and other Zoho products has been fantastic. Great desktop and mobile apps for syncing documents, generous storage space and some nice collaboration functionality all combined in an easy to use "package" to make this a great product.
Loading times for the apps (Writer, Sheet and Show) is slow at times, and mobile app versions are not full versions. We also experience some glitches with the mobile app in general.

Not good. I would choose Microsoft Word or Google Docs over Zoho docs every time. In fact this is what I do - even though I use Zoho for task management, I still go to Microsoft Word for documentation. That should tell you something.
Obviously the fact that it is integrated into other Zoho software, such as Zoho Projects, is nice. For me consolidating tasks and documentation into one repository would be very good...if only the tool were better.
It just doesn't hold a candle to a tool like Microsoft Word, lacking so many features and the interface is clunky. It is probably more fair to compare it to Google Docs, but again it is lacking here.

Our overall experience with Zoho Docs has only been positive and I look forward to continuing to use Zoho Docs for all of our storing and sharing needs as we continue to grow as a team.
Zoho Docs is absolutely perfect for sharing and storing documents within my team. We are able to upload any documents that we can think of to make sure that they are safe and shared with the entire team. I would highly recommend Zoho Documents to any team that is looking for a cost-effective and easy way to share and store their documents for their small business.
The one thing that I don't like about Zoho Docs is that there seems to be a bit of an issue with loading up screenshots or other photo type of documents that we're looking to share with our creative team. Otherwise, the software is flawless and performs at a very high level for our team.

The benefit of Zoho Docs is how easy, simple, and beautiful the software is.
Zoho Docs is an excellent, free document management system. I get delighted just opening the software. My favourite parts about Zoho Docs are the interface, the features, and the ease of use. The free storage is also amazing.
That not everyone uses it! It would be great if this software was more popular and known to more people.

Sharing documents and online publishing of the files is a breeze, and they are always online which makes it a great option when embeding these types of files on other places throughout the web.
Zoho has never stopped developing new features throughout their productivity suite. Support is awesome and ease of use is great for newbies. I've been using Zoho Apps for more than ten years and I am still loyal with their efforts.
Docs includes Writer, Sheet and Show apps, unfortunately loading times of the apps can be cumbersome and the lack of full versions of these apps for mobile phones or tablets forces you to seek for other options even though the online versions of the apps are option packed.

We use Zoho docs because it is integrated with the rest of the Zoho suite. It makes it easy to share documents and edit as a group, which makes it easy to keep on top of which version is the master.
The pricing is set to price per user which means that the cost can quickly grow as the team grows. The cost also increases if you want to increase the storage limit.

I do reccomend Zoho Docs. Disregarding one minor defect, it is an excellent choice.
Adequate storage and all essential document tools are provided. Safety and security are easily managed. Synchronization takes place frequently and completely.
Display has presented itself as a minor problem when using Zoho Docs with any tablet. Screen edges jump to and fro.

Zoho WorkDrive's capability to store multiple documents is actually great. I can easily store my sizeable files on Zoho WorkDrive efficiently which enables me to save lots of data on my computer.

Totally good option if you're using the Zoho Suite and getting it as part of Zoho One, but steer clear for a while to let it fully mature if you're already using another cloud storage solution.
Very intuitive and user-friendly. Works just like Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc. The desktop app, after a few glitches early on, actually works really well (I'm on a Mac). I like how many options I have to gate access to certain files. It's really easy to get organized.
I wish there were more integrations, especially within the Zoho Suite. They rolled the product out over 8 months ago, and there still isn't an integration with Zoho Analytics.

It has good integration with other apps also. For example- We use Zoho CRM and Zoho Finance Software. And It is super easy and much integrated with the Zoho Workdrive. In short, the collaboration with other software is also good.
The Cloud-Based Workspace is super easy and intuitive in terms of User Experience. It is well integrated with Zoho Ecosystem. Collaboration with the Teammate is super easy. It gave 100 GB of space in its Starter Pack, which is decent as compared to competitors.
Not any major dislike. But the alternatives (like Google Drive and Microsoft Workspace) are way too ahead in terms of features and security.

Due to Zoho WorkDrive there is space my computer available for my work. I am definitely satisfied as my data is preserved in Zoho WorkDrive and there are no reasons for me to worry about the data lost. Indeed Zoho WorkDrive is an efficient and amazing data saving software.
Zoho WorkDrive is an ideal platform to share essential documents and various company folders with my teammates. Moreover, updating the existing files and sharing them quickly is very simple on Zoho WorkDrive.
I am indeed unhappy with the user interface of Zoho WorkDrive. Often, I have to hunt a lot to locate the required files that I need. The user interface is unfriendly for daily work, and I feel that it could be improved by Zoho.

Zoho WorkDrive provide the unlimited version of history with activities details that helps to view and restore to the previous version. The ultra fast upload is best in class. Integration with Zoho Office Suite help to view and edit the document like document, spreadsheets and presentations to edit the content online on any interface. Advance dashboard help to view the file activity, space used, pending invites and remaining licences.
Zoho WorkDrive is a great online file management for different teams collaborating together. Managed Team folder can have different level of access. Administering the Zoho WorkDrive is simple and easy as admin can monitor the peers activities and manage the roles and permission of files from Admin Dashboard. Admin Dashboard helps to get storage left details and number of users. File ownership can be transferred when an employee left the job role. Android app provide the push notification when any activities happen in your Team Folder. User can draft and schedule the publish time of the files also.
Zoho WorkDrive should work on Linux client so sync on server can also be configured. All advanced analytics option should also be provided in mobile application. Zoho WorkDrive should increase the stater pack file upload limit to at least two GB.
