Overall it is a very good tool for collaboration with the team. We can edit, modify, share files, etc. with the team in real-time and monitor the changes made by them. The files are stored in the cloud storage and can be accessed from anywhere.
The interface is simple and the installation process is straightforward. This tool is very good for document management. We can create new documents or files in any formats and modify it using the various in-built customization features available. We can sign a document online, add templates, convert them to any format, etc.
The price tag for extra storage is expensive. The synchronization process is very slow and sometimes hangs the tool and processes. More customization options can be added and the tool can be improved to support bigger documents.

Zoho Docs is a perfectly functional suite of tools to rival more popular rivals, but it is unlikely to displace Microsoft Office in the corporate world. That means it needs to be able to work with Office formats if you have clients or suppliers who will be sharing files with you. This generally isn't a problem, but not all features of Word, Excel and PowerPoint are supported. Some companies may still want a single copy of MS Office on hand to help manage this process. For most small business users, Zoho Docs (or the even better value Zoho One suite which includes Docs) can be a good alternative to both G-Suite and Office 365.

The use of Zoho Docs made the management of document and data storage on the cloud more flexible, as the ease of use enabled us as a team to interact more with the data that is shared with it, which had a tangible positive impact.
The finest feature of Zoho Docs is its high-efficiency integration with the Zoho suite of services, which allows us to have a huge cloud storage space for our files and access them from anywhere. I like how we can work together with colleagues to manage a variety of files. Zoho Docs excels in providing excellent desktop and mobile apps for syncing files and making rapid cloud backups. I appreciate Zoho Docs' security requirements since it provides a safe environment for creating, editing, and sharing documents online. Because it is a web-based platform, it can be accessed from any device, removing the need for a specific device.
I liked all of Zoho Docs' capabilities and couldn't think of a reason to dislike it because it is incredibly practical and allows us to simply manage and preserve our data.

I really appreciate having an affordable alternative to Microsoft Office. It does everything we need, but without the high cost of installing Office on our server.
I love Microsoft and have used the office suite since high school (20+ years). I've always purchased the Office Suite for new computers, and we use them on work computers. But then we got a server at work and even though each employee already has Office on their computers, each employee accessing the server needs an additional license purchased on the server. And I've got about 15 people accessing the server, and there was no way I was paying to put all those licenses on the server. So we went with Zoho Docs and it works great. We're saving a ton of money and the programs have similar features.
If you're used to Microsoft Office products, Zoho Docs is similar but just a little different. Once you get used to the differences, it works great. I do miss some of the add-on plugins I use in excel (like ASAP utilities) but that's about it.

Zoho Docs is the best document management platform. Using amazing features which provided by Zoho Docs are allow you good chance to collaborate with your colleagues and also you can access the permissions. You don't have to download all files, just sync some important files and use them offline. Zoho Team had done a great job with that one. I think everyone needs that kind of docs program, so it definitely worth to try.
Price is reasonable, awesome features which are better than Google Docs in some cases and of course customer service is helpful.
Actually, I did not see any negative sides of Zoho Docs, but extra new tools would not be bad)

It solved the problem of reducing the difficulty of customers being able to fill in my real estate forms online, as well as offline.
Very simple to use and very cost effective. Very easy for my online real estate customers to use on my websites. One of the best uses for me is the ability for customers to fill in their responses offline when I meet with them in person.
The only negative would be that the forms are really plain looking. It would be great if they could be improved with your logo and business colors.

Zoho Docs is the best alternative for online document creation, apart of offline desktop document creation software. Sharing my files with my friend and colleague is very easy and i can add password to the document to add security to the document.
Zoho Docs storage not only can be use for storing document, but it also can be use for storing other media like picture, video and audio. This software is the best, as all the tools and feature is easily reachable and not hiding inside the drop-down menu. All the feature is updated frequently so if there are bugs in the software, it will be solve very quickly.
It is quite confusing to organize the folder and all my files in the storage. The cloud storage offered for free is quite small, only for 5GB and i had to pay for the add-on storage which is quite expensive unlike other cloud storage software has offer. Other than this point, this software is very helpful in creating document on online setting.

I mainly use ZOHO docs to store my personal and important official docs, I can easily visit through any devices. it support word file and excel files, which help me for content creation process. Real time synchronization is top notch here. when I need to share my files to team member, it has good secure way to do it. Price is also reasonable than similar service provider. It support so many extension, which increase my productivity also.
Easy user friendly interface, quick import and export files. It has secure and reliable source , so no need to worry about my documents. Easily share documents to team member. It has supporting different devices through online, so I can reach from anywhere. Editing and creating documents is pretty fast and easy in ZOHO docs. Support system is very active.
I think Mobile version need more focus of improvement, their is lot of area need to improve for mobile user.

Zoho Docs is power packed tool of Zoho Universe. Following are the pros of Zoho Docs: - Secure and centralized document management - Remote access to files and documents - Easy to create, edit, share, view and upload any type of files and documents - Collaborate online to edit docs by multiple employees simultaneously.
Although Zoho Docs is a great tool but still have some scope of improvements to reach level of Google Drive and OneDrive.

Zoho Docs is absolutely perfect for sharing and storing documents within my team. We are able to upload any documents that we can think of to make sure that they are safe and shared with the entire team. I would highly recommend Zoho Documents to any team that is looking for a cost-effective and easy way to share and store their documents for their small business.
The one thing that I don't like about Zoho Docs is that there seems to be a bit of an issue with loading up screenshots or other photo type of documents that we're looking to share with our creative team. Otherwise, the software is flawless and performs at a very high level for our team.

Zoho Docs is fast and easy to work with. I can switch docs without lag time.It's very direct, there's no "What does this button do? Oh no! Not what I thought!". Zoho has an entire family of affordable products that can be easily integrated.
Customer service is a bit of a problem, response times aren't reliable at all. If more features could be added without sacrificing speed and maneuverability, that'd be great.

I have been using zoho for two plus years now. Its very cheap and also provide online editing tools. It can be easily integrated with all major application.The sharing feature is so similar to other major products like google drive or dropbox.
Only problem with zoho is its customer support and there late response.Apart from that every thing is fine.

The amount of features and capabilities for the price is great. Easy to use and access anywhere. It has made a difference in collaboration with our clients.
Some of the sharing rules is a bit hard to understand but other than it is a great tool for small and medium sized businesses.

We use other Zoho products and the high efficiency integration between Zoho Docs and other Zoho products has been fantastic. Great desktop and mobile apps for syncing documents, generous storage space and some nice collaboration functionality all combined in an easy to use "package" to make this a great product.
Loading times for the apps (Writer, Sheet and Show) is slow at times, and mobile app versions are not full versions. We also experience some glitches with the mobile app in general.

Zoho docs is one of the best file storage software which can save every kind of documents.It is cheaper than Microsoft office and if is almost equally good as Ms office suit. It is secure and it is properly connected with all other zoho products.
It is not that good in cas of maintaining large records and if you want to share these files mostly we have to convert the file formats.

if you want an easy way to build docs online and share with the rest of tour team, Zoho docs is a great fit. It has all the basic functionality for that king of suites (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations), it is free to use and add-free.
very intuitive, hassle free add-free Google apps integration, single sign-on easy set up rich media (music, pictures, videos) upload unlimited number of users for sharing
1GB of space maybe be small for some businesses but upgrade is cheap need to switch to Zoho writer for a complete editor limited programming/macro in spreadsheets need for yahoo or google email address for sharing

Ease of use and cost which allowed us to do most of what we wanted even with the free version. Also worked on on mobile.
No major issues but we eventually chose to move away from this and use the built in documents functionality within zoho crm (which we already use)

This software guarantees the security that I can have of not losing my most important information, as well I can take it if I need it thanks to the excellent mobile application.

The online viewer is very clearn and simple. We store some of our files and collaborate on them on Zoho.
The platform on the free tier is very good, but if you need a lot more seats, the pricing can become a little expensive.
