Great features as a CRM software and phone system. The reports that can be pulled are helpful to analyze the success of your sales/program.
Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions.
Probably most of all I liked a good IP-telephony. It is convenient to use, easy to integrate.
Often, formal replies come from her instead of solving problems. Tech support leaves its customers alone with problems.
I can run verity of project at the same time thanks to the amazing feature and tools that provided by Betrix24.
Storing and uploading a large size files is keep get interrupted and very frustrating experience with it.
As a CRM, cloud for documentation and message it works great and is at a very nice price.
Their employee performance report is just an eyewash, they don't have an employee reporting structure at all, what the biggest disappointment.

As a cloud solution it has done great in keeping digital format of files safe sound and encrypted. Pricing is worth every penny for the quality maintenance.
A couple times there was a bug and I was unable to use the software. My entire job flow goes through this product so it was a little frustrating.

Configuring the permissions and locations of each clip/photo can be confusing at times.
They can look for themselves. It's also nice being able to highlight our nicest assets in an easy to use fashion.
When the photos download, they are in an unusable file format (unsure what it is) that makes it hard for basic users or visitors to use without converting it to JPEG.
This product allows us to get more value out of our assets, makes it easier to share assets and improves our value to our constituents.
Lack of editors/tagger type seats without paying more.

Sophisticated software that syncs files very efficiently with great tracking and service/support that is very knowledgeable and responsive.
I've tried with 2 major initiatives, both failing miserably. Copy from file server to NAS device was so slow, the job never finished.
I have been using SyncBack for years and it always did a very good job. It is full of features that provides the most detailed kind of backup and synchronization performance you may want.
I can't think of any features that are missing.
With ease of use, full localization and collaboration with cloud services, SyncBackPro is a great tool for secure data backup and at a reasonable price.
But it gives no real guidelines or conclusions, just says to experiment.
I sincerely wish I could because what I have read and see, it appears to be very user friendly.
Strangely the only thing I don't like is you accidentally close the program by using the top bar "X.
Amazing automation program- does it all four a great value.
The tech support is very responsive and helpful in expediting our purchase order so that we can continue our work after the trial license expired.
Very happy with the product and the support I have received.
SyncBackPro V9 has so many functionalities that we need to clean up and back up our servers. The tool saves us a lot of development time and fulfill almost all of our requirements.
The interface is very easy to use and all the features you need are there. We use syncback for automated backups daily, so we have peace of mind without having to add another task in our workload.
The product is easy to use, reliable, and beats anything similar in the market.
Customer support was extremely responsive and, once they identified the issue, they even pushed a new version with a patch specifically to address our issue.
It works best, but what I liked more was the costumer service.
We can connect through the Microsoft API and SyncBack handles the throttling very well. Recently someone changed the admin password for the account we were using to keep everything in sync.

The signature feature is kinda broken. The signature never appears on the right spot and the box can't be resized.
Its fairly simple from the user side and theres lots of tutorials for clients. The price point is great and I love that there is a free version also available.

Initially during my trial, I had lots of problems upload via FTP and after various messages to the support/sales, there was no response.
So far, very satisfied with it. Great for remote/distributed teams, good value for the money vs the mainstays like Dropbox and Box.
Really the only thing I dislike about Egnyte is that there are no data sovereignty capabilities as far as I can tell. You can't specify where data is stored geographically.
Overall it is a great software with a very helpful customer service, also their training videos are awesome and very helpful.
So if you're already paying for Teams, there's no point to get Egnyte unless you also get Protect or GxP environment. They're also too new in the GxP space so it is a bit unclear.
Our switch to Egnyte was a great decision and would recommend any other company to do the same.
In Egnyte, they aren't difficult, but some users have difficulty managing the permissions on the website, since they only use the folders on their desktop (sync'd).
Their online web tool is great for searching and takes away the limit of the operating system which slows the search down. Their online tool is also great for file management and version controlling.

Our switch to Egnyte was a great decision and would recommend any other company to do the same.
In Egnyte, they aren't difficult, but some users have difficulty managing the permissions on the website, since they only use the folders on their desktop (sync'd).
Their online web tool is great for searching and takes away the limit of the operating system which slows the search down. Their online tool is also great for file management and version controlling.
It functions perfectly fine in its role as a cloud service. Data is stored without any issue and the cost is reasonable.
I like Egnyte because it's easy to access previous versions of documents and also easy to share documents within and outside our network.

Overall, Egnyte is great, it's made it simple for me to access and store files in the cloud, but also integrate into automated workflows via command line tools.
System is easy to navigate. I'm able to create new folders, assign permissions and distribute to my team seamlessly.

When attempting to map a Synology NAS folder as a drive, we experienced a failure. Failure message was not sufficient to isolate the point of failure.

Sometimes there are some synchronisation problems, but it's not always obvious that the software is the problem of it (it can be a problem when you switch from WiFi to UTP/Ethernet).
WebDrive has been the perfect solution because it makes my Cloud data as easily accessible as any of my other data devices.
Not sure if any improvement in failure message could be made. Point of failure was with Synology product.

Transferring very large files can sometime cause the system to stop or hang up during a long down load or upload.
I loved the ease of use I installed in a few minuets and stated accessing my WebDAV servers.

I couldn't find find away to connect other cloud accounts that I have so I was stuck on only 4 initial ones. Only 2 languages available.
It is a good selection to save your files I have always recommended it to my colleagues.

Koofr offers 2 gigabytes of storage in the cloud, which we think is an excellent amount for documents of all kinds. Its integration to the G suite excellent, as its connection to dropbox and amazon.

It gets really annoying because it seems like I am always being notified when most of the time it is me deleting, renaming and I do not need a reminder.
It is also very easy to use for a novice user but with the functionality desired by an advanced user. Definitely would recommend.
