I love that Mighty Networks is its own network and free of all the other social media platforms. I also love the combination with content in the context of community.
It's difficult for me to find any cons or even constructive criticism for Mighty Networks. From my conversations with the MN team, I know we're still at the beginning.
The process is easy, the features are great, its several software's combined in one. To top it off great pricing.
And I found for myself that I was confused about setting it up. I also think I was sort of pushing the envelope in terms of my group structure so it was not a straight forward situation.
It allows for intentionality when members want to engage, and keep them focused on the most important happenings, with featured and welcome sections.
Not intuitive to navigate, making it hard to find exactly what you are looking for - just feels rather clunky.
The people at Mighty Networks are fantastic and their availability, feedback, and knowledge have fundamentally and positively altered how I am approaching my business and how I teach.
This video upload is limited so I’m still using YouTube.
They are supportive not just in using the software but also in designing meaningful and successful digital communities.
My favorite part about this software is the beautiful simplicity of the software. Although it's easy to use and clean, it also has a wide range of features that are continuously being added.
Everyone who has joined my community has said the same thing, "This is amazing. People love Mighty Networks because it is a true community builder.
I love how easy it is to use and all the engagement I can get out of it without any other distractions. I love the Masterclass which really helped me learn so much more about it.
I've been really pleased not only with the platform but also with the customer service. It's a great product and I look forward to continuing to grow with it.
Beautiful and straightforward container for meaningful conversations and content.
The support has been incredible and makes me feel confident about taking a chance on the platform, investing in it and moving my community of 446 women over to it.
I appreciate the tags and how to navigate the group when I am in and when my members are in. I like having a separate app to get away from the noise of social media.
I love the way they integrate social learning and community in the user experience.
Because it is focused on enabling creators with a purpose to capitalize on the immense value of our collective intelligence and communal creativity.

The best feature of monday.com is its ability to help you integrate your tasks into your calendar. The easy to use tool allows you to efficiently manage projects and meet deadlines.
The software spam your inbox with many unwanted mails. Unable to track project goals easily.
Visually stunning and satisfying great tool helps in smooth management of our projects, ditching the need for any spreadsheets and manual tracking.
We eventually stopped using this software because the UI was very limited in it's features. Our team didn't really catch on, and we abandoned the software after a year.
I really love a lot about Monday. It's clean, has a beautiful design, easy to use and just overall a great product.
Terrible with the customer service. We are now actively looking for a replacement.
I really like the beautiful, intuitive and easy-to-use interface, if you used similiar tools before you will be at ease with monday.com.
Sometimes the information gets lost on each ticket, especially on larger teams.
I love its ease of use, the ability to track by project, and the ability to customize the templates to fit your needs.
I also appreciate the ease with which participants can be added in order to follow progress of tasks. What I appreciate most is how easy it is to manipulate tasks.
IT's one of those tools you enjoy using aesthetically. For general project or product management, it works great and is super easy to figure out.
Monday is very easy to use, has excellent help and tutorials, and extremely responsive tech support. They regularly add new features and improvements.
The clarity of which you can identify the tasks necessary and the way the tasks roll up to completion. I like that it has clear large status bars that you can customize for ease of viewing.
I love how flexible and powerful Monday.com is. It is very easy to build out tracking sheets that interact with Aeschylus other and dynamically update.
And customer support/community around the platform is great, the folks at monday.com are quick to respond and help out with getting you up and running with specific needs and requirements.
I like that there are templates for a variety of project types available, and that there are many integration opportunities.
I am also a big fan of the customization available on the grids and with the premium subscription, you have a whole lot of integration and automation options available.
Easy to use interface, good user community, one tool that can make the work of 4 (planning, customers, testing, budgeting) and anything else you turn it into.

I'd definitely recommend Vaave to anyone considering building an alumni platform. Not only is their software good, their support teams are really good.
Just one feature with incorporating images in profiles, no provision to hide.
It’s a good platform to share job opportunities to fellow alumni. Mobile application is good.
Lack of social media features, a community for users and also lack of automation features. We would like to see these features included in the upcoming product upgrades.
I completely love how easy is this software's backend for admin. The UI is great and is customizable to a great extent.
Manual authentication of members in case of high numbers it is difficult.
I would specifically like to mention seamless and quick support services by the team. In all, the investment is worth the money and it helps big time in Alumni Management.
Software is interactive but the bulk mails are delayed sometime.
Overall its an wonderful app with lot of features which will be helpful present and passed out alumni.
It has all the features which we as a university were looking forward to and Valve's team is continuously adding newer features to make it even better, which indeed is supremely exciting.
The design of the software is very good and very user friendly.
As an alumni association, we are very excited about the availability of the jobs board, mentoring, and other alumni-specific engagement features.
The portal has some features like it is mostly like any other social media platform. The price also is reasonable.
The ease of use, features and fast build time. Team is responsive on queries and fast integration with the current infra.
Wonderful support team to make the product in a different unique league.
Vaave was able to get this requirement of having an alumni software for SoE up and running within a minimal amount of time. The interactions with the team had been warm and very positive.
Easy integration and really like that there is an app.
More and more alumni members are getting added via mail campaigns and the interface is also quite user friendly. So, get rid of excel sheets and embrace platform based technologies.

The Customer service is wonderful and at hand to support you through whatever your concerns are. Great Product and highly recommended.
An event organiser is unable to cancel an attendee from the app. Probably the most frustrating thing was that I was still in my trial stage, but had to pay to use the features that I wanted to test.
The Raklet team is very friendly and is willing to help and assist with any adaptions and where ever possible. Their development prices are quite competitive.
Before Raklet, the management of our database was taking all our time and energy that we had to delay many projects due to the lack of human resource.
The system is user friendly and customer support is outstanding.
Disappointing from the first few minutes of use.
The speed of response by managing your goals through the cloud makes this product one of the best in its kind.
There's also no way (that I have found) to send notifications to our members; our members would have to remember to log into the app to see updates.
It is pretty easy to use and support has been helpful with issues we have.
I like the integration of the membership status (active/not active) with the event booking system.
The most intelligent way of communicating with your community.
I like the bar code option and also the social aspect, with announcements. The fundraising feature was also quite cool.
I really liked the support responsiveness. They are on the ball, listen to your comments and try to integrate if the comment can bring value to their product.
Really enjoying the experience of using this software especially because of the social media management and the events management sections.
My members are able to easily access proof of membership, and log ins are easy, easy customization on computer.
It has transformed the member experience and Raklet have listened to our needs and tried to accommodate. As a small NGO our resources are limited, so this works very well for us.
We have been using it for about 3 years, but we are very satisfied, but the prices are high due to the exchange rate difference. It may be more flexible for low-income organizations.
We're using Raklet as our CRM for our members and prospects.

Our community has taken to it very well, the features are a great fit for our team and our community, and the support from our account manager and the support team has been really great.
However, I believe that this is something that is being developed so it's really only a growing pain that Hivebrite is adjusting to.
It is was nice to work with such an experienced partner in community management, that not only offers good value for money, but also offers good advice in building a professional community platform.
It is difficult to share files for the users and in general just unclear to use. I am very much looking forward to the new mentoring module that is currently being implemented.
Since I am not an IT nerd, I really enjoy the user friendliness and the intuitive handling of the platform. Our alumni and student community is really happy about our new homepage.
It's a single platform architecture for all business users so limited customisation as all users receive the same updates/changes.
It has been an enjoyable UX/UI experience using Hivebrite. A platform that combines some of the best features of Squarespace, Mailchimp, Facebook, LinkedIn and Kickstarter.
The media center is even after 4 years not what I hoped it would do.
For us the best thing about this software has been how user friendly it is, both in the back end and for general users.
It has been a pleasure to work with the team to enhance the platform's capabilities.
Great payment processing and integration with Stripe. Always developing new features and modules to improve and listening to customer feature requests.
Particularly welcome are that the users are able to create their own events, post on the live-feed and update their profile as they wish.
The Hivebrite team provide strong technical support as well as thought leadership in the field of community management.
We're getting so much more than we could find anywhere else, at a great price point.
Easy events setup and communication is good. It will not fit all for sure, but will fit most.
The customization is easy and allows to integrate into the existing CDI.
When searching for a software that could do it all Hivebrite came top of our list in terms of the sheer number of tools provided to help grow a community platform.
It's relatively simple to build out a front end website, launch memberships, customise your membership portal and setup events, run email campaigns, share and store content and more.

For us, it's perfect to run an ambassador program at Cridio and it does exactly what we want out of the box. With excellent UI/UX and customer service.
Had to abandon due to our community being too big for the platform to handle without frustration.
We wanted a space where our members can find each other in an easy and flowing manner. Mobilize has given us the most amazing customer support and help to try and get to that goal.
Some things that bug me about the software are the mostly small things that can probably be fixed in an update, but to me are annoying. In the chat session hitting enter will not send the chat.
We sometimes engage in interesting discussions, or share connections across the platform and we love the fact that we're able keep our dynamic group together under one service.
Not mission critical, but an annoyance for me. When uploading an avatar img there is not a way to move the picture around and center the face.
But I can’t say it enough - the ability for customers to see our posts and interact conveniently via email is a fantastic feature. It was a game changer for us.
With a smaller staff, Mobilize can't always get to everything that's requested which for our purposes can occasionally be frustrating, but also completely understandable.
More engaging alternative to Slack. The platform is very user friendly, has an intuitive layout, and overall is a great platform for engaging a community virtually.
Great to use and easy to create a wonderful space.
The platform also does a great job of getting people in the community through Daily and Weekly Community Highlights. The interface feels modern.
Cross platform accessibility is strong, desktop tablet, iOS or Android. Communications tools are easy to use.
I have a personalised space that I can share my message with my tribe and not have them confuse me with other groups or get distracted with heaps of notifications from other things - like on Facebook.
I use Mobilize in a community organizing group to create events and engage members. It allows me to keep track of who is engaging and easily communicate with them and track numbers after the fact.

For us, it's perfect to run an ambassador program at Cridio and it does exactly what we want out of the box. With excellent UI/UX and customer service.

The ability to seamlessly integrate ISSUU has been fantastic, and our members really love the 'Address Book' feature as a means to network with other professionals within the industry.
It's a shame that the product is no longer located in our county.
I will strongly recommend this company. Veryconnect system is outstanding but also their unique competitive advantages, that is something you don’t find with other software companies.
There a few occasions as admin where links take you back to the home page rather than back to the menu you were using (minor annoyance when getting used to working with the platform).
The team is great and they work very closely with you. In the initial stages we had a few Skype meetings, to-do lists and email correspondence - all of which were very useful.
The only downside with this platform is the functionality of the email campaigns feature.
Our clients and volunteers have also found it easy to use and we are very pleased with how quickly our community is growing.
However, as the software is in the constant development I have no doubt that it will improve in the near feature.
The biggest pro for us was the ease of use of this software, both for the admin staff and the members. The platform had a modern design, was easy to use and mobile responsive.
For me, the customer service offered by VeryConnect has been fantastic - especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN.
Before the launch VeryConnect provided helpful training and instructions, and the customer support is always rapid and friendly. The look and feel of the software is fully in line with our branding.
The platform is simple to use, and we appreciate the ever evolving updates of the software following feedback and suggestions.
VeryConnect is a compact software which gives you all the features you need with a price tag that doesn't hurt.
She has helped us work through changing platform requirements and has supported every step of the way to find resolutions to our requests.
Customer service is top-notch and the product is efficient, useful and simple enough for any non-IT specialist to operate.
Any issues or concerns I have is resolved quickly, and I am informed in case something will take a couple of days to sort. The team never forgets to keep me updated.
Very connect were the eventual winners, based on value for money, functionality and ease of use.
I needed a software which could be operated by members of team which did not have an IT background, but one which had features which would allow us to engage with our stakeholders.

What I love most is that this is a true solution to having my own native app without spending 50k to hundreds of thousands to have something that is completely my own.
Many times renewals get rejected in stripe which makes it frustrating for admins and members.
All of our members who have joined our app since launching have said that they love the app more than Facebook. They love the clean and user friendly interface.
The inability to have banner feeds for users to see when promoting.
I think the organization of this software is great, its clean, straight to the point and its user friendly.
Limited Integration Options: Disciple may have limitations in terms of integrations with other third-party tools or platforms.
The onboarding process was great. Our Community Specialist and then our Community Success Manager were both absolutely fantastic; really helpful and responsive.
Still struggling with the menu/folders functionality. Not entirely clear how to set this up the way I want.
And supported by a great team too - super helpful and responsive, giving time generously whenever needed and going above and beyond to investigate issues when needed.
Response times are brilliant and it does feel that they go the extra mile to ensure that issues are quickly resolved.
It is a great platform, similar to a social media platform but more intentional and great for a variety of communities, campaigns, and research.
Disciple is feature rich. The team is very clear about the road map, and the users can have a say on the priority of the features being built which is really great.
Disciple's customer service is outstanding. A knowledgeable, efficient, extremely amiable team of people committed to their product and their customers.
Value is great and the customer support if very very strong. More than I would have expected given the price.
It's been amazing to work with the Disciple team. They are truly there to serve me as a client.
I love how easy it is to set up your app and customize it for your needs.
As I mentioned, the best customer service one could ask for. As for the app, its features cover anything you would really need to engage your audience and to rapidly build your audience.
Excellent product for quick set up and rapid deployment.

360 allows us to reach out to our community just the way we wanted to. Support has been outstanding and 360 is really open and responsive to our needs.
Ultimately, we left because we would pay the same amount with another software that had the additional functionality.
The platform is powerful and is constantly enhanced, often in response to requests and feedback from clients. Did I mention that the customer service is outstanding.
What I least like is the inability to know what I see as an Admin and what regular users see. This makes it difficult when updating different pieces of the platform or adding value to it.
Our organization has about 350 outstanding alumni (and growing by 70/year) located all throughout the country.
Its expensive as it charges money together. There is no option for individual payment and not suitable for vet small group.
The best thing is there practice to improve their product all the time and keep on reaching more and more alumni.
There are no such cons in this tool as they keep them self updated all the time but it is little bit Expensive.
I appreciate the platform's networking capabilities and the ability to connect and engage with fellow community members.
I like how inviting and friendly it looks, the UX is relatively simply. It accomplishes all that we need as a small school and so much more without taking away a lot of staff time.
It has been even easier to make customizations and get tech support when needed. We have had a very positive experience with 360Alumni and hope to do so for a long time.
The directory and search functionality make it easier to find and connect with individuals based on shared interests or affiliations, fostering meaningful connections within the community.
We looked at a number of products to fill these gaps, and 360Alumni was the only product that truly fit our needs at a very affordable price point.
Very user friendly and easy to get up to speed on understanding the software and reporting tools available.
The ease of use in getting an alumni network started. People can easily create a profile, post jobs, post community events, RSVP for events, etc.
360Alumni is helpful, but better options are available for same price.
360Alumni Helps Build A good Alumni Management System but lacks in areas of building social capitol.
In addition, their integrated emailing system has allowed us to contact all our alumni at once, simplifying our original process.
