The improvement you get in communication between employees is great and results in far better proficiencies across your whole business.
Many international debit/credit cards don't work on the payment platform, and to make matters worse the company shuts off access to your account as soon as a payment fails.
Best to remember that no commercially available product is going to be perfect for everyone, so taking this into consideration they have done a great job in developing the product.

The accidental "drag/move/delete" is scary for us because you can accidentally move a card when you're just trying to scroll over on the screen and that can be problematic.
The product has a good look and is easy to use. Regarding the integration of the processes, it is very good and agile with the other members.
Fear of insecurity is a shortcoming of the apps. Some bad people can use this app for their ill purpose.
Excellent software to maintain the progress as a team and achieve the targets as a team. Monitor the team's progress and a wonderful application full of tools helps us to do things right.
I HATE that i can not see the archived tasks on the calender as an option. Not being able to archive a task after you complete it and still see it on the calender is a bummer.
I've been using trello for years both professionally and personally and it's fantastic software, easy to use and collaborate with others. There is also a really great free version.

The best feature of monday.com is its ability to help you integrate your tasks into your calendar. The easy to use tool allows you to efficiently manage projects and meet deadlines.
The software spam your inbox with many unwanted mails. Unable to track project goals easily.
Visually stunning and satisfying great tool helps in smooth management of our projects, ditching the need for any spreadsheets and manual tracking.
We eventually stopped using this software because the UI was very limited in it's features. Our team didn't really catch on, and we abandoned the software after a year.
I really love a lot about Monday. It's clean, has a beautiful design, easy to use and just overall a great product.
Terrible with the customer service. We are now actively looking for a replacement.
I really like the beautiful, intuitive and easy-to-use interface, if you used similiar tools before you will be at ease with monday.com.
Sometimes the information gets lost on each ticket, especially on larger teams.
I love its ease of use, the ability to track by project, and the ability to customize the templates to fit your needs.

I love how easy it is for someone to put their talents on display and how easy it is for me to find them, helped a lot to find great people to partner with.
Don't even use it anymore due to the massive spam and inability to turn off notifications.
Workplace has given me the opportunity to connect with other independent business owners with similar interests and values. It is a secure platform we feel safe sharing motivating content.
I disliked the large amount of notifications that are received from the groups that I participated. This impacts directly on my productivity at work, because it spent a considerable amount of time.
I'm very pleased and happy with this product. It's helping me to stay connected and be productive in all areas online.
Probably the biggest complaint I've heard concerning Workplace is the price as it is a bit on the expensive side for what it does.
I love this product because it is user-friendly and simple to use. Great layout & integrates your groups seamlessly.
Nevertheless, we will still use Workplace as our non-work-related channel. One other critical thing that I dislike about Workplace is the admin platform.
Nice product for communicating events and for people to help get answers to questions. Great for providing sense of community.
The Groups function is perfect for gathering the people in the same project or with the same personal interests. The Orgnization Chart and department details of the people is also very useful.
Ease of use, help manage advertisements/promotions in one place. Good for reaching a wider audience.
It's interface is similar to Facebook social media so it is easy to Use. I really like some of feature like chat feature, it is free and I can connect to all of my co-workers.

Everything becomes lost in between groups, it's difficult to remember who posted what where.

I feel that this app offered from the many by Microsoft has just been left behind a bit. With Teams now being the boom, I believe Yammer will tend to die if it is not implemented within Teams.
The perfect tool for setting up work channels. Easy to use, ability to create a number of different groups, can be linked through Microsoft Teams which is a great bonus.
Sometimes having too many tools in the O365 makes it confusing for users to follow up on. Found that deleting posts may be a challenge.

Great features as a CRM software and phone system. The reports that can be pulled are helpful to analyze the success of your sales/program.
Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions.
Probably most of all I liked a good IP-telephony. It is convenient to use, easy to integrate.
Often, formal replies come from her instead of solving problems. Tech support leaves its customers alone with problems.
I can run verity of project at the same time thanks to the amazing feature and tools that provided by Betrix24.
Storing and uploading a large size files is keep get interrupted and very frustrating experience with it.
As a CRM, cloud for documentation and message it works great and is at a very nice price.
Their employee performance report is just an eyewash, they don't have an employee reporting structure at all, what the biggest disappointment.

Love this, we were using Justuno to help drive user engagement on our website and email software. Easy to use and great customer experience.
Some of the deeper functionality is more difficult to use, or to get right. Maybe just a bit more confusing.
This is a great app with a TON of functionality. Awesome support team that will help too.
The rules are glitchy and the tracking is questionable.
Ease of use, intuitive process and performance tracking. Customer engagement is excellent and like the ease of mobile phone display.
Especially, the design tool. When customzing email pop-ups, with their design tool, it tends to lag and is a bit hard to navigate.
They offer the best overall package based on product, service, and pricing. Their design canvas is by far and wide the most impressive part and more advanced than any others that I tested.
The interface can be overwhelming for a beginner, and it's not all that user-friendly. Also, setting up specific campaigns can be difficult; you need to familiarise with the tutorials.

The fact that there are no voice calls. Not able to meet with colleagues.
The WIMI system allows me to communicate and share documents with my clients in a safe and secure system. My clients like it because everything is at their fingertips.

It's costly and heavy to load, I tried the open source version on my local server and due to the tools used in development it loaded slowly. Also doing any customization is a pain.
It was very easy to use and can be accessed anywhere in the world. Its price point is very competitive and customer service (at least for the free trial) was good.
The amount of things on the page that demand the attention made me open a few tabs just to catch up with everything. Also, I found it hard to understand and how to actually get started.

We started with eXo Cloud, but after a while we needed some customization so we upgraded to the on premise edition. EXo team has been wonderful.
Really like the ease of use of this solution. I was set in minutes and could start creating teams and projects right away.
This is a very easy to use platform. You can try it around in the environment called EXO Tribe - good for a test drive.
You could have private Document Management , wiki or forum in each space. EXo has a great administration pane that let you manage users and define group and permission.
I've been working with eXo platform for over a year and a half. I've been discovering its features, its qualities and the points to be improved in order to create a custom portal with customizations.
Creating customized pages and site is easy for admin. As an JAVA opensource platform you could customize every thing.

There are many things that I like about this system. I think the freedom to customize the entire intranet is what I like best.
Before the latest release, the biggest dislike was probably screen layout difficulties.
The Support Team is great, the software is solid and the product is growing (new releases & features), all signs of a stable organization and good experience.
Currently, people who log into a laptop instead of our large computer monitors see a distorted version of our portal.
Wonderful people from the ground up. The updates and advancements of this product over our relationship period has been fun to watch and clearly helps us to understand the value of our investment.
They also prove to be difficult to work with in a few cases.
Definitely the best service out there. Value for Money - Very affordable and the ROI is very much worth it.

It is beautiful and intuitive to use (as an administrator and as a user). Every time I share the platform with someone new they say, "wow" and get what we're trying to do immediately.
Many searches come up empty which is frustrating because I know they should at least be in the system even if the alum has not joined Westmont Connect.
The digest feature is one of the best tools on the platform and really promotes interaction and user engagement. We are very pleased with the product.
Sometimes we do get lost in it especially in the Home Page.
Ease of use and set-up, despite the many and varied things that it can do. Customer service is outstanding.
It also does not logically locate alumni in the system and some are altogether missing.

I don't have enough words to describe this great software which has completely transformed my business. What I loved the most is the excellent communication and an instant response features.
There is no spell check facility which can be off putting for clients.
I love that Clinked offers a ton of webinars to help you make the most of the platform, and their support staff is also very kind.

It took me 2 years to get questions out of other providers even for my host so it was really nice to have all the yes I can help and here are the options we have in 1-2 days for a change.
We were worried at the start what with time and language differences, but we shouldn't have been.
MooSocial was fun and easy to use, it was easy to teach my coworkers how to use and they have enjoyed it.
CakePHP being stuck in 2.x dev line - hope to see upgrade to 3.x, at least it's planned. Relies much on file configs, may be a bit of pain in clustered environment.
What has emerged is something that I hope will become a robust commercial platform. The support team have been amazing.
Look no further than moosocial. I spent 3 years researching what was available.
Ryan and his team provide excellent customer support and best of all, the best social network software on the market. Your time and money will not be waste if you go with this company.
You need advanced programming knowledge and for a reduced environment the price can be a problem.
The support is fantastic, i have had live chat help at 6 pm and they helped me quickly and easily.

I love how easy it is to legally curate content for my social media channels. This is the best feature out of many.
So when I got notice to renew and pay for my renewal for next year, I went into the payment portal BEFORE my card was to be charged to cancel.
It is easy to use, offers valid and appropriate content, and is reliable. Excellent support response.
All it is a total nothing burger wasting your money for wasting more of your time.
It's worth the investment. Post Planner also offers some incredible advice, training, and study guides on their blog to help you build a highly engaged audience with speed, pleasure, and ease.
Initially was disappointed because I couldn't use it with Instagram and was going to cancel the service for another, more expensive service that did not have the extensive library.
I can schedule the same post and repeat it day,week or month so easy to manage. The Customer service is very good response and solved the issue they r so friendly.
The only downside is that you can't upload your own videos or multiple image posts for IG yet, but I think that's in the works.
I in like manner love the evergreen decision to allow presents on re-post soon.

I love how easy it is to legally curate content for my social media channels. This is the best feature out of many.
So when I got notice to renew and pay for my renewal for next year, I went into the payment portal BEFORE my card was to be charged to cancel.
It is easy to use, offers valid and appropriate content, and is reliable. Excellent support response.
All it is a total nothing burger wasting your money for wasting more of your time.
It's worth the investment. Post Planner also offers some incredible advice, training, and study guides on their blog to help you build a highly engaged audience with speed, pleasure, and ease.
Initially was disappointed because I couldn't use it with Instagram and was going to cancel the service for another, more expensive service that did not have the extensive library.
I can schedule the same post and repeat it day,week or month so easy to manage. The Customer service is very good response and solved the issue they r so friendly.
The only downside is that you can't upload your own videos or multiple image posts for IG yet, but I think that's in the works.
I in like manner love the evergreen decision to allow presents on re-post soon.
I love the ease of use and the fact that I can post to all my social media sites with just a few clicks.

This is such an easy software to use, I am able to create content, even graphics using canva, use popular rss feeds to add content to my social media channels.
By far the cheapest, and when I have trouble, the customer service team has been excellent. The user experience has vastly improved as well since I began using it a few years ago.
Excellent customer service for a very Facebook dependent app.
The ability to scheduled thousands of posts across social networks is priceless. Post Planner is also continually improving and open to suggestions.

There is no way to hard code the search function.
It is feature rich and offers multiple modules that suit our association needs. So far, the customer service has been extremely good.
Search for "Cloud" products - and you get a bunch of random search results with cloud on the page - instead of the Cloud Community Page coming up first. Second issue is that the editor is hard to use.

I run a small community of dog lovers on SocialEngine Managed and it's amazing. They run regular updates to mitigate the bugs and keep improving the features for a better end-user experience.
What I am mad about is GREED. Now they want for support is $300.00 (30 days), PRO $500.00 (30 days) & Advance $700.00 for (60 days).
SE is a great foundation to build your dream upon, especially with such great devs as I mentioned above, such as SocialEngineAddons which is also the primary source for support.
I had initially gone with another company, but after 1 week I demanded a refund because of poor customer service and tech support.
Very nice and amazing service, would recommend to everybody. The customer satisfaction is very high and the team are extremely collaborative.
I would avoid this company and app at all costs. I can tell you they will not deliver at all.
My request for help has been been answered fairly quickly and successfully.
Most things are plugins. If you are coming from another social network, it's hard to adjust to SocialEngine's format and it's clunky to use.
It is so easy to use, the admin section is so easy to navigate. They have plethora of developers with great products.
Their team has a real fast response and the right solution there and then. Overall: I am very happy with the software, helpdesk and their services.

Until i see my product working for my money i spent, i will not recommend this crappy product to anyone. Dont buy or you will have a headache trying to figure out where your money went.

Some intranets we've seen a very focused on content, and work like closed-off social networks. Jostle is much more interesting than that, and has been a big boost to our corporate culture.
It can be made to work but it was far more painful than any other vendor I've setup SAML authentication with. The documentation is horrible and even flat out wrong in some areas.
And the Jostle folks are cool. We're the customers but we want Jostle to be proud of us, too, we do b/c they help us communicate our important work with kids.

Jostle made it easy for teams to collaboration in a central environment.
Staff member profiles, that we integrate with G-Suite are helpful and enable users to customize themselves and their images as well as professional profiles.
Easy to use and setup with good support from the on-boarding team and regular catch-ups over the time period. The library is a great tool with good security and functionality.
UI of the software is not very intuitive and it’s a bit confusing and slow.
Intuitive design, great event management, easy to navigate. A good way to share news or useful stuff with employees, way better than plain old emails.
The pictures and words are always shifting. This could be operator error, but we have had several people comment on this.
Some intranets we've seen a very focused on content, and work like closed-off social networks. Jostle is much more interesting than that, and has been a big boost to our corporate culture.
It can be made to work but it was far more painful than any other vendor I've setup SAML authentication with. The documentation is horrible and even flat out wrong in some areas.
And the Jostle folks are cool. We're the customers but we want Jostle to be proud of us, too, we do b/c they help us communicate our important work with kids.
The admin section can be a little confusing but that is it.
The Jostle team is very responsive, and dedicated to providing great customer service and support. The 400+ employees at our organization have varying degrees of technical savviness.
They were amazing as you can tell how invested they are with all of this training, and ensuring that our employees are utilizing the Jostle platform to its fullest potential.
Ease of use and loading content. Love the library, shout out features and being able to see birthdays and work anniversarys.
The wiki-like structure unique, for sure, and the dashboard is easy to navigate. I also really like how it ties in external calendars and events so they're easy to find.
Keep listening to the forum suggestions - I love the fact you can integrate with Twitter on the update/shout out area.
The UX\UI is so user friendly and easy to understand. The support you get from the Jostle support team is very hands-on.

The tool has been adopted very easily by our employees and its ability to integrate with the other business tools is a strong asset.
Linking, structuring and looking up information within feeds and manuals is not working well. Tagging is almost useless as it is a personal setting only, it should help to flag information for others.
The experience is no doubt great. I would also encourage its technical team which is providing fantastic and responsive services.
Unlike other Zoho products, I find Connect's interface confusing and am not the only one in the company having issues navigating it.
Functionality wise, its good and got all the features. Definitely good to use as price is affordable.
I don't like that there can be a bunch of different chats open or in the list all at once. They need to have a task expiration or something.
The seamless integration between this software and other major storage programs was a Huge plus when switching to this. Very easy to use and navigate.
I've used Zoho for 6 months, however the team did not respond very well to it.
Really smooth interface, great mobile app, great place for the team to collaborate.

Our community has taken to it very well, the features are a great fit for our team and our community, and the support from our account manager and the support team has been really great.
However, I believe that this is something that is being developed so it's really only a growing pain that Hivebrite is adjusting to.
It is was nice to work with such an experienced partner in community management, that not only offers good value for money, but also offers good advice in building a professional community platform.
It is difficult to share files for the users and in general just unclear to use. I am very much looking forward to the new mentoring module that is currently being implemented.
Since I am not an IT nerd, I really enjoy the user friendliness and the intuitive handling of the platform. Our alumni and student community is really happy about our new homepage.
It's a single platform architecture for all business users so limited customisation as all users receive the same updates/changes.
It has been an enjoyable UX/UI experience using Hivebrite. A platform that combines some of the best features of Squarespace, Mailchimp, Facebook, LinkedIn and Kickstarter.
The media center is even after 4 years not what I hoped it would do.

The ability to seamlessly integrate ISSUU has been fantastic, and our members really love the 'Address Book' feature as a means to network with other professionals within the industry.
It's a shame that the product is no longer located in our county.

There a few occasions as admin where links take you back to the home page rather than back to the menu you were using (minor annoyance when getting used to working with the platform).
The team is great and they work very closely with you. In the initial stages we had a few Skype meetings, to-do lists and email correspondence - all of which were very useful.
The only downside with this platform is the functionality of the email campaigns feature.
Our clients and volunteers have also found it easy to use and we are very pleased with how quickly our community is growing.
However, as the software is in the constant development I have no doubt that it will improve in the near feature.
The biggest pro for us was the ease of use of this software, both for the admin staff and the members. The platform had a modern design, was easy to use and mobile responsive.

What I love most is that this is a true solution to having my own native app without spending 50k to hundreds of thousands to have something that is completely my own.
Many times renewals get rejected in stripe which makes it frustrating for admins and members.
All of our members who have joined our app since launching have said that they love the app more than Facebook. They love the clean and user friendly interface.
The inability to have banner feeds for users to see when promoting.
I think the organization of this software is great, its clean, straight to the point and its user friendly.
Limited Integration Options: Disciple may have limitations in terms of integrations with other third-party tools or platforms.
The onboarding process was great. Our Community Specialist and then our Community Success Manager were both absolutely fantastic; really helpful and responsive.
Still struggling with the menu/folders functionality. Not entirely clear how to set this up the way I want.
And supported by a great team too - super helpful and responsive, giving time generously whenever needed and going above and beyond to investigate issues when needed.
