Our church loves this software when it comes to using for praise and worship. Musicians and singers have so many tools to help them during praise and worship.
The program did “crash” often and some of my files would get lost - not sure if this was a part of a bigger problem with the program but it did happen often.
First, this is a rare gem to have a one-time payment software. It's an investment, but you don't have to commit to monthly or yearly payments, which is very nice.
This software is full of problems, clutches, and inconsistencies that make my job as a tech director nerve wracking at best, and infuriating at its worst.
Being able to search for Bible verses and songs and get them onto the screen quickly is amazing. It's software built specifically for presentations and it's simply wonderful.
The most frustrating think about ProPresenter is that it can be unreliable.
We have had a great experience and love the way we can craft both our worship song slides as well as the sermon slides and anything else we want to do.
They will randomly disappear form the toolbar. There are some days when my playback screen is missing and it takes forever to find again.
Since there are so many users there is a good community out there for both inspiration and advice.
I remember using other software at one of my first church media team experiences and ProPresenter owns the market for churches for a good reason they are the best.

I loved the templates, functionality and the easy navigation.I loved the integration of audio & video on the presentation that was awesome.
The worst thing about PowerPoint is the lack of creativity in the included templates. They are very boring and repetitive.
The best and easy to download, makes presentations easy because slides are easy to customize, it's ability to print each slide directly. Has advanced designs and has multiple templates to chose from.
There is not much I don't like about it except for the problem of it not being compatible with non-Windows systems. Errors often occur that corrupt files or the presentation does not display properly.
This software is versatile, making simple or complex follow along with slides with text and pictures to give the best learning experience. The clever infographics and videos are amazing.
I am using PowerPoint for four years I did not find any flaw but there is one point on the products that suddenly they stopped working and I lost my files on which I was working at that time.

There is a problem with Arabic text when exporting the photo. It makes the design has a bad look and there is a problem with the pixels.
Super easy to use and learn, and the pro version adds a lot of extra features. Background remover is easily the best feature and worth the price if you do your own product photos.
Sometimes it will crash or slow down without warning while I am working on a more graphically-intense project, such as an animated image.
You are able to change the text, colors, and layouts. It has been such a wonderful experience that I highly recommend this to anyone who owns a business and needs help with social media posts.
I hate the fact that we have to pay for certain fonts... thats very annoying and having to pay in general.
But styling is so important to make a good impression and engage your viewer, so it's great that CANVA does the work for you and you can focus on content.
There is nothing that I can say bad about this product. I have yet to have a problem with anything as of yet.

GoTo meeting is very easy to use and the quality of video and audio is great. I love that I can save my recordings to the cloud.
What i dislike is we can add only maximum 100 participants and after completing trial version pricing are very high. It lags while video conferencing and audio syncing problem is also there sometime.
It is a brilliant and super powerful tool that does not demand any training to use. It has a nice and high definition video quality thus making it best option for conferencing and screen sharing.
They refused to investigate, even though PayPal reps had thoroughly investigated and had some suggestions. They simply refused to consider the possibility of a problem on their end.
It is a good software for teaching purposes, very fast the installation and it is not too expensive. If you have a few students is the best solution.
One issue is that any minor interruption in internet connectivity can cause disruption in the call and getting back to the call is a bit of pain.
What I also loved was the quality in which meetings were being recorded In. They also provide a feature where you can save and share each recordings with others.
There are a few companies that use Go to Meeting and I Dread it because I Never can connect. Always an error message.
It is very easy to join a meeting using GoToMeeting. The quality of audio in the meetings is fantastic.
I liked the ease of ease of use and how easy it was to invite multiple people and have them all connect seamlessly.
I love that you're able to have meetings or classes with large amounts of people with great quality audio and visuals and get a real interactive experience.
This product has amazing quality and the software is easy to use and has clear visuals and audio. It is also easy to customize the features to your preferences.
In General this software is very good, very fast and easy to use and have a good price.

Google Slides is an excellent alternative to Microsoft PowerPoint, at a really good price (free!). I highly recommend it if you don't have PowerPoint, or if you need to collaborate on a presentation.
I hate how when you upload PDFs into Google Slides, it can make the formatting quite wonky and worthless. In those classes, I create from scratch.
I do all my presentations there and love the ease with which I can access everything every here.

The best thing about Prezi is that it creates good visual presentations and has great designs to help many visualise information in a useful way that normal powerpoint presentations cannot do.
Sometimes it's difficult when you make errors to understand what you did wrong, and how to not create the same mistakes again.
Easy to make presentations. Presentations look super nice and super proffesional with this app.
Orientation can get confusing with all the zooming in and out.
It's easy to build an impressive presentation and the pre available templates are great for that, you can easily "wow" your attendees with its pre-build transitions.
If you are trying to analyze someone's presentation, constantly clicking through to find the correct keyframe is very ineffective.
The features for creating a useful and nice looking presentation are great. I found these features to be really easy to use.
It can be a bit clunky and sometimes distract the viewer. The transitions between slides can move sideways/up and down and can cause a little dizziness to the viewer.
Overall I am impressed and would recommend to anyone who wants to make some innovative presentations.

This has been a great benefit it makes showing our patients plan of care more easier and it saves us paper.
Sometimes pages render poorly or slowly leaving you with a blurry page. A single page of the notebook was somehow glitching and i had to reupload.
This is the best online converter I have found for PDF files. It has a lot of options, it's easy to use, and the end product looks great.
I imagine some PDF background data was damaged.
It's affordable and allows you to customize features that look great when embedded on a website.
There hasn't been anything I have disliked so far.
I sure will stick with htis app, since the makers obviously did their homework veeeery, well. Thank you for a great and easy to use app.
Being a Paid website is the only downside for students.

Sadly, it has earned the nickname Hard Worship in our church. Because it is slightly too complex, and unstable enough to regularly cause problems for non-technical people like me.
It is easy to use, now has an awesome tutorial to get you started. Choir Ministrations now makes a lot of sense as people can follow along when they since not too popular songs.
Sometimes adding videos to a presentation would give me trouble, to points where the Audio would not work. Most times I would figure it out, but sometimes I wouldnt, and it would frustrate me a bit.
This program has given the staff the ability to show a fantastic program with little effort, given us the ability to work on other events.
Importing used to be easy - now it's a disaster buried in a mess of tiny buttons. There is also more technical support issues than there should be.
My experience has been great. The software works great and anytime I have any questions, the customer service and support staff are wonderful to work with.
The built-in web browser is Internet Explorer, which is now obsolete.
The price is great and the ease of use for non technically savvy people is great.

The software don't have the quality the competitors hav, but the worst is they are very dishonest. They promise the moon and after getting the money in advance they start to remove your features.
They really create an impact and attract a lot of comments and engagement when posted. I love that Crello is affordable and easy to use yet delivers such impressive professional results.

The quality and range of posts and videos I can create using their templates have improved my engagement and really stand out. It's a brilliant tool and they've made it so easy to use - I love it.
The production process has crushed more times than I would like it to- sometimes everything freezes because of this. And there is not a mobile version which makes life a bit difficult.

The templates, icons, animations and stock imagery that come with Crello are seriously impressive. The fact that the templates are constantly being added to is awesome.
The software don't have the quality the competitors hav, but the worst is they are very dishonest. They promise the moon and after getting the money in advance they start to remove your features.
They really create an impact and attract a lot of comments and engagement when posted. I love that Crello is affordable and easy to use yet delivers such impressive professional results.
I used to spend hours designing social media posts. When you are starting with a blank canvas it can be a struggle to get started.
The quality and range of posts and videos I can create using their templates have improved my engagement and really stand out. It's a brilliant tool and they've made it so easy to use - I love it.
The production process has crushed more times than I would like it to- sometimes everything freezes because of this. And there is not a mobile version which makes life a bit difficult.

The library of ready templates are nice comparing to others within the same category. Eyecatching and beautiful animation templates is what I use the most on this platform.
The pro account is super loaded with premium photos and nice videos and some in HD which is something not so common when it comes to alternative software's.
In addition, the team behind it, they are so responsive, and so creative, as they keep adding new templates (really useful designs).
This has been a good investment for me so far. If you are currently looking for a tool to create graphics, this is certainly a tool that worth a look at.
I really like using Crello system because it is easy to create designs, also very easy to integrate your brand in the designs as it allows you to upload labels or logos.
It has hundreds of eye-catching templates to edit and publish or take ideas. It also integrates many premium images and videos, the functionality that I love is adding animations and background video.
Crello was an excellent alternative when I looked for another option for Canva, due to the cost. Offers mobile app, web and possibility to divide projects into folders.

Easy to do recording of sessions and has a special attendance (roll count) section for better customer use. Has a great playback quality enabling better recollection for later.
Had issues with getting set up to start, however, when I was doing so, there was a known problem with their testing server. When trying to run a test connection, it would always fail.
The video sharing, screen sharing and breakout room features are great for virtual events. The audio is good when it works and the chat and poll features are useful too.
Adobe Connect does not work well on a mobile phone with all the pod being shrunk and many features downgraded. I also know that this software is very expensive.
My overall experience with Adobe Connect has been extremely positive. Admittedly I do not use it too frequently, but when I use it I'm always impressed by its ease of use and its numerous functions.
The only downside to this is that at first things can appear to be a bit cluttered.
It's the best tool of this kind on the market as it has all the features needed to organize and coordinate online projects. It's expensive, however, the annual subscription offers a good discount.

Big fan of the data that can be captured from Consensus also feels very secure so that only certain people can view something you send. Great for sending confidential stuff.
Sometimes it can be difficult to find the demo you are looking for.
Its a must have as an account executive, especially from a company that offers a very robust product, we have a library with 50+ videos to choose from to push the deal in the right direction.
No real cons except that there is only 1 link that allows to capture meta data when mktg the product through social media sites.
It has allowed us to build an extensive Demo Library that allows our prospects to determine if we are a good fit for what they are looking for.

Love the ease of use of mediashout. So glad to use them again instead of versions that create more work.
The program crashed a lot. There were several times when I was using the program that it crashed with no warning and I had to reboot the entire program.
The software is relatively easy to navigate and has some great features. The newest interface with version 7 is nice.
Instead, because they made an unfortunate decision to do business with the wrong company, it was going to cost US -the customer- $400. No product discount, no alternate license or work around.
MediaShout is an upgrade over PowerPoint and has a nice modern UI. It has improved reliability in the last couple versions.
Fool me twice, shame on me. A few months ago we showed up for service as usual and our program said we were using a trial version.
It is so easy to create a fabulous looking presentation for our church services. We absolutely love this program it is a priceless asset to any organization needing song lyrics for their services.
It appears over the years that it has become more bloated with complicated features. Adding new features has burdened the software.
We had been using MS PowerPoint before this, so MediaShout was a fantastic upgrade. The ability to integrate moving backgrounds was a wonderful addition and the controls were much easier.
User-friendly, great features, good integration with all types of media, good customization for different types of uses.
Good price for a product that works beautifully. Tech support is great, You can even reach them on weekends when you might need them the most.

Super easy for the youngest minds to use and interact with technology for classroom projects. I enjoyed the versatility of it and ease of use.
There are times when the server is unstable, and sometimes it doesn't work well on other platforms. I'm not sure why, but sometimes uncomfortable cases occur during class.
Best of all, you can create custom tags and design content that is perfectly suited for your goals.

Very good platform for online conferences, with great technical support. Very helpful team, good working platform, no technical problems.
Seem to have a lot of audio issues, and I'm worried about the new version focusing on the wrong user base (younger audience rather than older).
On paper this looked like one of the best solutions for webinars as it had a ton of features. It was easy to get started with.
Participants have tons of problems. Constantly losing mics or video.
I like that Click Meeting offers a great, basic webinar service for a great price. It was far less expensive than other options.
For example, you can upload a PowerPoint presentation to ClickMeeting for the webinar. However, whenever I upload, all the images get blurry and aren't as sharp, and animations do not work.
Very competitive pricing, and the platform has many features. We have integrated our solutions with theirs which was easy to do.
The reason why I find another webinar S/W are below. ClickMeeting has limited function to edit on registration page.

I like that it is easy to use, that it keeps on improving, it is essential for our training, whether we use it in person or online. I recommend it to everyone.
My experience with the customer support is woeful.
I love that it makes studying easier. My professor showed it to us during lessons some time ago and it was a great tool to make lessons more interesting.
Drag and drop to change the order of slides is basically broken, so me and my team always make sure everything is in order before importing (if we even use importing, see above).
This is cool that it has free version, then you can save your presentations.
I then paid for it annually not noticing that. I feel that was manipulative and unfair especially considering I only needed the product for 1 event.
I was at a conference when I first saw this program in use by one of the main speakers. I was amazed at how easy it was to feel like I was really participating with his talk.
Their hours seem to be a Euro schedule with no weekend support. I have requested a refund and have received no response at all.
I am an educator and tried using this in my presentation to other teachers. I love it in a way that we can interact.

They’ve thought about all the features you might require to create great videos. Having the ability to add in music background and high quality photos is great for my content as a yoga teacher.
The scripted recordings feature and the screenpal tool failed to work for me. I have no immediate use for them so have not persisted, but it's still an annoyance that they were not intuitive to use.
The quality of the screencast is amazing and allows you to play with different tools to improve the design.
Sometimes the audio sounds kinda garbled like I was recording underwater, sadly I’ve lost so many videos due to this issue I stopped using my screen cast for a while.
I love how easy the software is, you can record, edit and save screen recordings in a few clicks only.
To my regret, they removed in V2 the "automatic documentation" feature which was available in V1.

I find Showcase super easy to use and a great way to give our clients and potential clients an easy way of updating themselves on our products.
With the abundance of information within our showcase, sometimes it is hard to remember exactly where you are in it and sometimes may click on the wrong slides looking for information.
Our clients have been very impressed with the sales presentations. We love using the notification feature when a client opens an email generated from Showcase - our team call within 20 mins.
Having to make an individual hotspot for each of these and then align them is very time consuming and difficult.
Simple and easy to use and looks fantastic when you are presenting with it in front of customers.
No more brochures in their cars or out-dated information. And it runs without an internet connection.
Brilliant you can gauge how interested they are in the vehicle.
Once you have a lot of files, finding the ones to move and the folder to move them into is very difficult and quite time consuming if you need to do a major tidy up of the filing system.

I am hoping to start building a great library to continue using throughout the year. I was very happy with my first attempt and will start working on my next one shortly this week.
This is the most frustrating part. Secondly, the software has glitches - if you move items in the "stage" , an error would appear and you have to click refresh every time it happens.
Customer service has been very responsive, and the help center has easy to follow steps to resolve my problems. I am enjoying using Moovly.
At the moment, I'm missing more templates at my disposal, just to simplify the creation process more, or to cut down the time necessary to produce content.
As I stated, Moovly is very user-friendly tool, so I like to use it very much. My experience with it is amazing.
I dislike the backgrounds and the limit of downloading only 50 videos per month. I am a teacher and need small videos but in a bigger quantity.
I have just signed up with Moovly and was most impressed with the simplicity of using the software. I was able to jump straight in and produce my first video within a day.
There's far too many problems with the software. For starters, the rendering takes an extremely long time, and sometimes it would never even render for you to download.
