We love that we can keep everything in one place and track the progress of the projects that we have going on!
The only negative is the amount of time it takes for set up initially and getting it to fit to the specific needs of our company. We aren't fully set up and its a learning curve for sure, but are excited to get things up and running soon!

I was a new user and the one on one training with their customer support team was excellent.
I love that this is so easy to use. It is very user friendly and their technical customer service is top notch!
The only thing I didn't like was that sometimes it would not let me search for someone by claim number.
