helps us keep track of jobs and what stages they are in
it's a pain to use some of the features. could be a lot easier to set up some of the options. its ridiculously expensive for a small business and to add users or the extra features they brag about

It basically acts as a secondary step of keeping records! Love that aspect
Not much. Biggest thing is getting the app to build contracts havent figured it out if it's even available

We have a very simple use case and Acculynx allows us to work efficiently without overcomplicating it.
UI/UX is sorta ugly. It definitely needs a refresh.

We have had to give up on using Acculynx, as it does not integrate with QuickBooks
This software is relatively easy to use. Training and customer service are very good.
This software does not integrate with QuickBooks as it was suggested, but may work well for other companies set up differently that we are.

I am still exploring as I set up a client with Acculynx.
It's easy for the contractor in the field
It's not robust on the accounting side and QBO Implementation. Sales claims are user friendly and it has to be mapped.

Very robust system, good support , good work flow
As a small company, I only need one user, there minimum is for 3 users, which adds to the cost which I think is to high

it puts all the information in front of me so I can see and use it correctly.
