The ability to track my jobs and the people that are selling the jobs. I also love that I can track where the leads for my company are coming from.
The way the mobile app is limited in its functions. Also that I don't get notifications when certain things are needed for my approval.

Easy to manage customers calling in. Makes communication easier.
Search function works with either email, phone, street address and name. Able to have a random customer call the office and our staff can quickly pull up the job photos, estimate , contract, and all the job messages within seconds.
The website feels much more polished than the field app. App constantly throws you out of the job into the main overview screen. The price per user model is not our favorite. Feels like the longer we use it we the harder it would be to move to a different crm platform.

We like the fact that Acculynx makes it easy to consolidate client emails and inter-office messaging in one place. Getting to upload photos and track the status of the job is also extremely helpful and ensures that everyone is on the same page at all times.
The pricing is a bit high in my opinion.

Great. The deployment team assigned to us, [SENSITIVE CONTENT], are AMAZING. Anytime I had a question, hiccup or just needed support they were there!
Acculynx can be as in depth as you would like or as vague as you want. The customizable features almost allow you to create the perfect system for you and your team.
The QB integration should be better. It should allow for you to input all fields available on the QB app.

I love how available training has been. The customer service has been good and are quick to respond.
That it automatically pulls in and sends out to QuickBooks.
The worksheet’s categories are not definable and sometimes I have need of a section head not available. The fact that if something gets messed up due to lack of understanding, you have to use an archaic method to correct the errors.

Estimates are fast.
Company is very slow to make changes. Even things that seem very common sense they just say to add it to a suggestion and it takes 9-10 years to change or not at all.

AccuLynx is incredibly easy to use, even without training you can figure out basic features easily. There are more features with AccuLynx than it's competitors.
Training is only offered typically during the middle of the day, which is hardest to gauge whether I will be busy or able to attend. They should have the training seminars more pre-recorded and available anytime similar to the help topics so that people can access them at their convenience. I would also love to have a log of calls and texts going from job to customers.

Good. AL team is responsive and willing to work on issues.
Easy to track sales for myself and the whole team.
Not mobile friendly IMO. Better to go online and input comments so they get to the right place.

We are finally able to track our customers, see the profit in our jobs and effectively communicate with staff members.
What I love most about Acculynx is the organization it provides for my company. I like that I can track my customers and sales while communicating with my staff.

The benefits of Acculynx is you have one central place for everything. If I need to find out who the insurance adjuster is, it is right there in Acculynx. You can track payments, assign tasks, email homeowners, and so many other things all in one place. If I want to see if I emailed a homeowner a confirmation, I don't have to scroll through emails, it is right there in front of me when I open that homeowner's Acculynx page. I cannot say enough great things about it.
I am impressed by the ease of putting in contacts, uploading information, adding documents, it is extremely user friendly. I am not a high-tech person but I was thrilled that this program is so easy to use. There is always a history of what you are doing and who you are tagging in the messages. I keep Acculynx open on my desktop all day.
I don't like that you have to be an administrator to delete a document. I just rename it using an x.

Overall I am happy. The people at the help desk are fantastic.
Easy to move around in. I like the smart docs and DocuSign. Make process easier.
Reporting. Unable to pull certain fields that I would like in a report. I also find it frustration that there is only one field on the overview page that can be free typed and pulled into a report. Would like a report that would show customer payments made on a certain date. Would like more accounting functions in the system. I know it is not a accounting system but maybe some basic stuff.

I am an new user. I am liking it so far but I need more time using all it features to be able to tell for sure. I like that the trainings was very well explained. The customer support is fast. Integrations are very helpful. Is a great tool to support the business.
I like the integrations that it has to order materials. Also is easy to use and I love the smart documents settings.
The estimate templates are not very configurable.

Stressful
I like that everything is included.
The limitations are excessive. I am not able to efficiently do my job. Consistently asking for approval on things I should have the freedom to do on my own. I can't do anything hardly in the mobile app. 75% of my time is in the field and I can 't do anything on this app if I don't have service. I need this for notes!!! Incredibly inefficient.

Keeping track of scheduling of estimators. The ease of keeping our customers informed through texting and emailing.
The least is not being able to customize the quotes such as being able to add lines for initials, add banners to announce specials, or put price on front of quote with finance options

So far it has been world class. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], our current trainer is a professional.
It is the most comprehensive, out of the box solution for our roofing business. We love the integration of ABC supply.
We would like to have the presentation of the packet look and feel similar to Sumo Quote from a cosmetic and ease of use standpoint. We would also like to see an integration with Service Finance- not just Greensky

We wanted somethin accessible online. At this point, we are not happy with the flow of information. The idea that if the information is there it should flow to the next step without having to be re-entered. Too many steps can be missed.
The front end. Taking leads and assigning them. That's all
Everything and I mean everything has to be double entered. Nothing carries over. You take a lead you write an estimate. Go to write the labor order, all notes must be copied and pasted. have a price for labor order, no where can you mark it paid. you have to enter the amount in a payment screen. Commissions are the same way. They have a module you have to pay extra for and it will mark the commission...

It is an excellent way to keep information localized and accessible within the company.
I like a lot of things about this software. What I like the most is the continuity of communication within the company, and everyone being able to access information regarding jobs based on what the administrators see fit.
I really do like most things about this software. I think the thing I like the least is that there is no way to add estimate sections/content directly to a contract, so the info has to be created twice. Once for each section. I think it would be a great measure of efficiency to be able to integrate estimates and contracts by item or section.

Acculynx accounting features seem to please the accounting department
Acculynx Estimating format "is cast-in-concrete" resulting in NOT knowing form the estimate: a break-out for materials for roofing vs materials for sheet metal, seft performed labor vs subcontracted labor, equipment rental, difficulty preparing bid Alternates, Percent of total job that is Labor/Materials/Rental/Etc/itemized overhead/etc. The estimating format user flexibility needs to be much improved if you require a detailed estimate to run and manage the job, especially if you require accurate JOB-COST-CONTROL.

Decent software but could be much better with the right professional input. CRM side works really well, estimating is also good, project management is lacking overall. Connection issues and field app upgrades needed.
Templates for estimates, importing estimates into PO's & WO's, photo & document management. CRM is adequate for most sales force.
Scheduling calendar is very out dated, need Gantt charting without PO or WO dependencies (DHTMLX). A dash board that can filter the jobs from current to past with existing status and other filters such as names, dates, trades, sales person, project manager, etc... Field app that utilizes the calendar. Field app that can see all orders. Connection issues with good signal strength in the field.
