I love the support team and software functionality. Acculynx is necessary to be successful, especially in big business. I’ve been with them for over three years and they’ve helped me reach the “next level” in the industry. I’m so thankful for all the help Acculynx has provided over the years.
Easy to use and my team’s communication has improved tremendously.
The software is expensive because as your business grows, the cost increases. My team went from 30 people to 100+ and my overhead has taken a hit. I am willing to pay because I can’t function without it.

I love the desktop version of this program. Easy to use and loaded with features. The mobile app is about 75% there and is useful for in the field and the notifications tab is the most useful feature for on the go.
If the mobile app had the same features and ease of use as desktop then this would be a 10/10 review. Great software already that is still improving in the right direction.

Great user friendly software, customer service is wonderful.
Easy to use for leads, prospects, invoiced and closed deals. Easy to edit each lead. Mobile app is great and user friendly. So handy and helpful.
There is nothing I can complain about. Anything we have needed, we call and get figured out right away.

It is an excellent way to keep information localized and accessible within the company.
I like a lot of things about this software. What I like the most is the continuity of communication within the company, and everyone being able to access information regarding jobs based on what the administrators see fit.
I really do like most things about this software. I think the thing I like the least is that there is no way to add estimate sections/content directly to a contract, so the info has to be created twice. Once for each section. I think it would be a great measure of efficiency to be able to integrate estimates and contracts by item or section.

The staff are great. They reach out, answer questions promptly. They are friendly and helpful.
The software encompasses all different aspects of the job. It helps even the most unorganized people maintain control and access to all job files, documents, pictures, correspondence, payments, and much more.
The price is pretty hefty, but it’s the best... so I pay it with a smile.

Really easy to locate everything needed within the fields making it easy for field guys and our contractors to upload photos and comments from their phones.
Easy and pretty straight forwarding on usage, always finding new options to play around with even after 3 years of being apart of an Acculynx using team. Customer support is always extremely helpful when a minor issue occurs, always corrects issues while on the phone.
Minor glitches, but again the support team is always quick to take care of it.

The integration features are incredible. Everything from our suppliers to our books. This CRM stands alone as a top tier product compared to its competitors! So it’s naturally a perfect match for our company.

Acculynx is a business in itself. It has taken our business to the next level. From sales tracking to production and the future follow up for lost prospects, keeps me running with things to do every day.
Acculynx when used 100% can maximize your business. There are so many options to acculynx that if you don't take a course on how to use it, you won't discover the 101 ways of exploding your business
When I didn't understand all the many avenues on how to use Acculynx, I didn't know its potential. Now I know!

We are able to use it as a one-stop shop. We used to implement a photo tool, google drive and xcel to keep track of our daily tasks. Now we are able to steam line everything we need in one software - thank you for that!
This software is intuitive and easy to implement. New features are well thought out and make sense to all current users with little to no additional training. The platform is easy to pick up for the new users, which is a huge time saver.
Overall cost is higher than I would like to pay.

The thing I enjoy most about Acculynx is the job numbers & mobile app
The thing I like least is the Contract Worksheet... it needs a lot of work

I love using this software to track my customers status, organize their documents, and view the financial aspects of their account
There is not many things I dislike about this software other than one small detail of how once things are behind it is a bit hard to get caught up in order to use this as the great tool that is it.

The thing I like best is that I have a full scope of the business at any given time that I can access from anywhere. I never have to call or question anything, all I have to do is just pull out my phone and its right there. As an owner or manager there is no excuses anymore to not have a handle on the entirity of the business when using software such as Acculynx. The vendor designed this products foundation for the industry that we specialize in, thier customer support is fantastic and they have some of the best "Techys" in the world working for them.
The thing I like least about acculynx is if your internet connection is weak such as reps using a hotels wifi sometimes it can cause glitches in the system that are annoying. Least thing I like about the vendor is that they have a cool slide in their office and we don't. I guess thats more of a jealous thing though.......

We've increased our gross sales by nearly 500%. No way we could manage without acculynx.
Simple to learn, easy to teach. This will allow you to scale quickly.
Some features are difficult to find how they work. Example sending an invoice (worksheet). You have to preview the document and then you can print. A little backwards.

Super easy to stay better organized between the office, sales team, and installation teams. Love that it integrates with QuickBooks.
Disappointed that only when you record an invoice does it import info to Quickbooks. Would like to see an option to sync client info earlier in the process and sync estimates.

Customer service is great. Still trying to figure out exactly how we want to use it.
Easy to use. We are still trying to figure out how to do pay apps for our subs.
I still have a lot to figure out. We have only been using for a few months. The scheduler is confusing.

We like very much that it integrates with ABC Supply, and Quickbooks.
We would love to be directly compatible with Xactimate. Xactimate has current prices of any given area, and it's essential when creating an estimate for work.

So far I see so much potential with it. There are so many aspects of the program that allow customization and streamlining from our previous processes that in the long run it is going to become such an essential tool that I am starting to forget how we did things without it.
There is so much potential time savings once I have it all down.
The amount of information that we are trying to learn can be a bit overwhelming if you don't pace yoursel and refer back to the Videos

Its been overall a huge success for our company!
How game changing it was to put our whole company into one system. It was just so simple to learn!
Least liked opinion would be the orders tab. Its such a beautiful tool but so very under developed. For instance, i can order materials or labor, but do not have the option to order dumpsters through the system.

Love the service and product when I am in the field easy to find my customer.
Navigation in the application is easy to use.
When up loading pictures from mobile they do not stay in order.
