Customer service is great. Still trying to figure out exactly how we want to use it.
Easy to use. We are still trying to figure out how to do pay apps for our subs.
I still have a lot to figure out. We have only been using for a few months. The scheduler is confusing.

We like very much that it integrates with ABC Supply, and Quickbooks.
We would love to be directly compatible with Xactimate. Xactimate has current prices of any given area, and it's essential when creating an estimate for work.

Ease of use. Very user friendly. Uploads of photos and documents are much faster than our previous system. I'm a big fan of the watch list feature and also the checklist on the field page.

So far I see so much potential with it. There are so many aspects of the program that allow customization and streamlining from our previous processes that in the long run it is going to become such an essential tool that I am starting to forget how we did things without it.
There is so much potential time savings once I have it all down.
The amount of information that we are trying to learn can be a bit overwhelming if you don't pace yoursel and refer back to the Videos

Its been overall a huge success for our company!
How game changing it was to put our whole company into one system. It was just so simple to learn!
Least liked opinion would be the orders tab. Its such a beautiful tool but so very under developed. For instance, i can order materials or labor, but do not have the option to order dumpsters through the system.

Love the service and product when I am in the field easy to find my customer.
Navigation in the application is easy to use.
When up loading pictures from mobile they do not stay in order.

Over the last 10 years or so I have used Acculynx multiple different times. Watching the software and company evolve into what they are now has been interesting. They are always thinking forward and seem to have ironed out any of the problems from the past. I’m excited to have my new company using the software. It has definitely improved our performance overall!

It has been very helpful in having our business grow and whenever I had a problem, I received an answer right away, so great customer service.
It helps to keep our files organized and easy to maintain. Keeping track of appointments and our homeowner's is crucial in this business.
There are a couple things that I would add, such as a supplier drop down box like the installer one. Also more options regarding quantity amounts such as cartons, etc in the library.

Cost of the product. Acculynx is almost double the cost of competing products. The margin is even wider when you add additional services.

My overall experience is awesome. Acculynx keeps all of my colleagues on the same page.
I really appreciate how easy this software is to use. The desktop version provides me with daily notifactions on all of my jobs and is synced to my e-mail. I equally appreciate the mobile field app.
I sometimes have trouble uploading photos via the mobile app. If i had to choose something that bothered me about this app it would be that feature.

Acculynx is soooo easy to use! Most user friendly program out there!!! I use it daily and LOVE IT. Also, their customer support is INCREDIBLE. I was just on the phone with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] over in Support, and she was phenomenal! Knew exactly what my issue was and within 5 minutes had me back up and running again!

It is good and helpful. Allows us to keep track of important dates.
I like the notes and dashboard. Very easy layout and functional use. Easy to navigate.
Some features that could be added to improve the design is a draft mode that automatically saves for notes. Occasionally when you are typing a note and try to see another profile, when you return all your typing you did is gone. It would be SO helpful if this was an option eventually. Also, the design of not being able to edit or delete notes and the fact if you are a sister-company who was multiple companies tied in with one, the layout is the same. I wish there was an option to customize different layouts to realize when you switch, there have ben so many times when I will add a profile and it's in the wrong side. I also wish you could unmark dead leads, and also be able to transfer profiles

It has been a pretty good transition from our old software but a much more expensive one and we are looking at something a little less expensive so it benefits our companies bottom line.
I like the ease of use and all the functions.
I don't like that everything involved has a price tag on it. It should be one price for all the features. I also don't like the price in general it is too high.

I really couldn't handle the amount of leads we have without Acculynx. I can't imagine not having it for our company!
The ability to organize our leads, prospects, orders, documents, and photos and so on. There's been so many amazing updates and improvements since I started using this in 2012!
The only con I can think of would be downloading the photos can be a run around to email to myself etc. Might just be something on my side though.

Overall the CRM model is what we enjoy most about this software. We can store our clients in the system with all supporting docs.
I'm always on the field using an android phone. The camera phone features could be greatly improved. For example, I cannot zoom in or out or adjust the brightness

Customer tech support is ok, software can be great , but needs more simplicity and addon's should be part of the software. I'm looking into other products .
GUI had a nice theme to it. some of the reports are very useful , but needs to be more user friendly.
Software runs slow, in order to get the full capabilities of the software you need to pay for addon's These items like payment processing , digital contracts should be included for the price of the monthly service charge. The Quick book add on is expensive. Most companies provide this feature for free. Want to use the Mobile app? their are some features that you will need to pay for as addons too. You have to click all over the place to get things done. Not simple.

please install a back or undo button, when creating estimate inadvertent deleting, you have to start all over with a new estimate...

It is easy to track multiple jobs at a time.
The software is pricey. The add on features such as Report Plus and QBO integration should not be an additional expense in my opinion.

Overall Acculynx has been a huge asset to our company. This program has definitely help our team stay in communication with each other and our customers.
Easy to use. Great to keep communication between office staff and field team. You can access all info fast and in one system (photos, permits, claim numbers, sales members assigned, notes, contact info)

We use this system daily to coordinate out day to day operations within the company for email, materials and labor and even calendar scheduling.
Allows our company to schedule multiple trades and keep our customer information base up to date. Great communication tool and storage for pictures and video.
There is almost too much information to utilize, sometimes you wonder if your missing out on all the features it has to offer.
