I love how easy it is to fine phone numbers and addresses while on the go to follow up with customers promptly.

These guys are great and it shows they really care about optimizing their protect for their customers.

Overall, they are great and easy to work with. Whenever we have questions, they are on top of it and they get back to us quickly.

Albi has been pretty great. As i've gotten more familiar it has proven to be a useful tool for our branch.

I also like e signatures all being in one place for our customers. Lastly I think it is awesome that you can record outbound calls.

The inability to add notes  to a clients multiple jobs is a bit frustrating and the inability to use the back button to save a client search  is not convenient.

Office Assistant

Also the Quickbook integration is not working very well.

They're super quick to respond and it sounds like they have a lot of things in the work.

They are still under some development, which is taking time to get some bugs figured out. Some of the features on the app still crash.

Project Coordinator

From time to time it does have small outages which is a frustrating in the moment but they seem to be short lived and Albi usually gives users heads up when that happens.

Albi has been pretty great. As i've gotten more familiar it has proven to be a useful tool for our branch. With all of the documentation that is required in our field I am looking forward to you guys finding better ways to make documenting easier.

Camera Glitch

The [SENSITIVE CONTENT] of Albi keeps relaying his message like a mantra. Albi is supposed to be a money-maker for us. Reality is quite different. In doing invoicing, we will not be able to use our current systems. They work, we get paid. Not so sure what will happen when the techs don't use Albi correctly. We keep training, and retraining, and still, no progress.

ALBI makes it easy for me to navigate my daily tasks and for me to be on top of managing other facets of our business from SALES to CLOSING AND DOCUMENTING our projects.  I have no complaints... only appreciation to the ALBI team for creating this wonderful application!

Why AlbiWare is the correct choice in choosing a CRM

Having multiple programs needed to run a business all in one location is wonderful. Especially love the customization to our company, everything is easy to use, we have everything at our fingertips. I am working in Albi all day long for various tasks, I have never run into a problem, nor a program error.

My overall experience has been great. We now have one platform that does everything. I no longer have to jump between 2-3 clunky apps. Albi has everything I need in one place. The support staff is amazing. If we have any issues at all they are available immediately.

We appreciate customers like you! Zapier is only $19.99 per month. We are working on internal automation engine within the software. Expect something to be done by Q1 2022. 

If you want to take a deeper look into Zapier and what it can do, your account manager will be able to help! 

They're super quick to respond and it sounds like they have a lot of things in the work. Overall, I'd say I'm happy we made the switch from Restoration Manager mostly because there wasn't a mobile app (worth a dang) available from RM.

Up & Coming Must Have Product

Hi Keenan! Thank you for your feedback! We are working on getting closed projects to show in the mobile app without filling the mobile app up and reducing performance. The financial issue is most likely a permission you may not have. We'll get on it! 

Albi was easy to implement and we got buy in from our team almost instantly!
