Pros

I liked the customization aspect. I like that they had some support to help you make the forms you wanted to digitize.
At present, we do not have the ability to move incorrectly placed forms, hence It would be great to be able to have that functionality.
Overall a very good program just needs to have a batch download facility for the documents which apparently is in the pipeline.

Pros

The ease of navigation with QuickBooks is great. For someone who is not a CPA, QuickBooks helps learn and expand your knowledge in keeping your small business books in order.
It has great dashboard that that gives a clear view for using its all features. We can track projects details, like expenses, labor costs and incomes everything with the help of QuickBooks.
I like that this software breaks down all of our financials so clearly and I can see the breakdown of all of our budget lines. I love that I can save my most frequented searches to refer back to.

Cons

Pricing of the software can be a bit cheaper. It's charged on a per user basis so as the business grows the cost increases as a direct cost.
However this probably isn't something most people attempt to do. I am a little scared to do so in case I screw it up for everyone.
At times, users may be completing forms in the wrong project.

Cons

As with any finance stuff it can be confusing. Maybe more intimidating that I don’t want to allocate money the wrong way and have it come back to hurt me down the road.
But the worst is when there is an issue with the software you go into Customer Service HELL.
Their customer service is a labyrinth of disorganization where the right-hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Their lack of communication with the client is appalling too.
