The company has been responsive to my issue, but until now, I do not think they have made any policy changes.  The annual dues are simply too expensive for our company to justify renewing a second year.  Therefore, we are not investing in training more people on it.

As I said before, i can adjust the screen and add more details. This was not possible on the other program.
