Loading times can be excessive (granted the models are rather huge) and flying the model is taxing for all but the most powerful computers. Really wish there was better integration with Inventor.
Experience has been good and hopefully any larger issues will be resolved with the next updates.
I like the setup functionality and ease of use. I also like that it can be used from any computer or mobile device so that I can use it out in the field.
Pros
I like the ease of use with QC and it has end to end traceability. It is fast and reliable.
Rich UI with good user experience. Ease to track an application history.
The nice part is the responsive Web view of the HPE ALM which allows the tester or developer to just right click and perform the tasks.
Cons
When signing in, there was no warning that it was about to expire. Signing in afterwards didn't tell me it had expired.
The lag time drives me nuts. Not sure if its the device I have running the program or the software itself.
The load is a bit defective and sometimes the server is open and can not access the models the saving points of view when someone else is charging is very difficult.
Cons
In our company we use test case for run and defect.
That is the only feature that I find a little awkward to use.
There was some time lag in response. Desktop Client has some issue on windows platform.
