Fast and easy to use. Improve design management with BCF. Allow multiple classifications, integration with Sharepoint and Dropbox.

There are several issue management softwares on the market but only a few can be easily implemented where the participants came from various fields and IT backgrounds and BIMsync is one of them.
For us, one of the most useful part is not necessary to install it, just register and you can use it. For our customers who do not necessarily have CAD softwares on their corporate computers is a huge help. It barely does not need training to understand how it works. We switched from Excel spreadsheet report into BIMsync and it was incomparably easier to communicate the issues with the IFC models and 2D drawings.
The access management can be more customizable per user and functions.

We are managing project design for buildings with Bimsync, and are able to combine BIM with issues and documents
We basically like how Bimsync support VDC-workflow and can connect what traditionally is several paralell processes in to one solution.
Would like feature for monitoring files and folders ("notify me when something happens in this folder/file")Better BIM viewer (inspection, measuring), download options

- milestone - easy to take one responsible to move to another
- hard to find a case, search function - could want automation when moving a case from one to another - export opportunities - lacks overview of issues in the 2D window statistics of cases

Project management is easier, by having the capacity to be part of the daily routine of my team. I can see models for myself, comment drawings, and check the general status of the project. In my browser or on the go.
Bimsync is easy to use and implement. Excellent value for money.
The document area could use some polishing.

I've mostly (almost only) had positive experiences using bimsync and I'm looking forward to see upcoming features.
The accessability. All projectmembers can access the latest model and documents of the project.
Lack of some quality of life features like sorting uploaded documents by date (or other) and objects properties alphabetically.

Nous utilisons Bimsync de manière intensive en phase de synthèse, cela nous permet de suivre tous les sujets jusqu'à leur résolution sans en oublier, tout en conservant un historique centralisé. La gestion simple des révisions nous assure de travailler avec le dernier indice d'un document, et la consultation de son historique est toujours accessible.
Facilité d'utilisation: pas besoin d'être un expert du BIM ou d'une formation longue pour prendre en main la plateforme Efficacité de l'utilisation des BCF
Les notifications méritent d'être revues: choix d'abonnement à des dossiers spécifiques, lisibilité des récapitulatifs mail, pointage des notifications lues et non lues, apporteraient plus de pertinences à l'information reçues; les besoins étant différents pour chacun.

- Simplicité d’utilisation pour les utilisateurs - import jusqu’à Ifc4 de grand fichiers sans problèmes - service de support réactif
- Mise en place de process avec suivi qualité: Possibilité d’organiser un processus qualité pour le projet basé sur le BAP. - Suivis complet du processus à tous les stades (Issues, To does, Metrics, ...) y compris avec les prestataires externes. - Pas de possibilité de filtrage multiples des pset et attributs. - L’IFC est le seul format 3Dsupporté - Pas de visualisation possible de nuage de points - Visualisation et vérification des étapes de construction non possible

c'est un logiciel très simple d'utilisation à la fois pour moi, en coordination de réunion de synthèse et pour les conducteur de travaux qui peuvent suivent en temps réel l'avancement des sujets.
il manque parfois certaines fonctionnalités pour aller plus vite dans la gestion des sujets sur la plateforme. Par exemple, on ne peut pas sélectionner plusieurs sujets et mettre un seul commentaire.

特に総合調整会議や、各設備、鉄骨、施工時の納まりを確認する会議の短縮につながった。コメントをうまく利用することにより議事録も大量に記載することがなくなった。また、総合調整会議前の事前打ち合わせの質やスピードが向上し、わーくふろーが劇的に改善された。
何よりも、ソフトウェア依存がない事。オートデスクのAutodeskConstructionCloud(旧BIM360)のように一部の製品データが保存できないなどが一切ない。その理由はIFCに完全準拠しているため。施主・ゼネコン・下請け、また建物の規模にこだわらず様々な利用方法や活用ができる。大手であればapiを開発すれば高度利用も可能だし、町の工務店であればBIMを利用して、施主さんに３Dでモデル確認をしてもらうこともできる。利用者次第でBIMを利活用することができるのがとても良い点。
国内産ではないため、ウェブ版の日本語和訳に一部違和感あり。iOSやアンドロイドアプリは日本語版が開発されていないため、英語版で利用する必要がある。今後のアップデートに期待。サーバ自体は海外のＡＷＳリージョンに設置されているため、利用者が増えた場合、遅延が発生する可能性が高いことが最大の懸念。国内で提供する事業者と国内利用者が増えれることにより、日本国内のAWSリージョンが開設されてくれれば長期的にIFCのデータストックとしてアーカイブする用途もでてくるのだが、、、。

Our goal with Bimsync is to provide an access to the models produced throughout the project. Bimsync is really easy to use and allows a broader range of users to read the project 3D files from site staff to owner. It contributes to a better understanding of the project and results in better quality. The issues feature is a huge help to track the ongoing subjects.
The model federation is easy to set up and maintain.
Back when I used it in 2018/2019, I remember struggling to deal with viewpoints imported from Solibri Model Checker.

Easy to use, friendly interface Has all the important functions for tracking, information exchange etc
Educational user, like to introduce as many as possible tools to our students even the cons. Didn't really find any in our level of involvement
