Pros
Brickcontrol is the best software, it helps you to have total control of all the tasks of construction work in a very simple way.
Because is a fantástic aplication for travel very complete and I love it.
I love that the software integrates all the information of my company and allows me have more efficient activities.
Pros
I have had a great experience with OmTrak a reps, the service is great and they are always around to help if you have any questions or issues.
I would suggest when engaging Omtrak, get them to be responsible for adding in all the assets and asset information required for Defence.
Easy to track the issues, know what is outstanding and know what needs to be resubmitted.
Cons
The design of the interface is visually obsolete, but the new version solves this problem.
They are professionals who have always been able to solve any problem via online chat or instantaneous e-mail.
Everything works well, there are no faults in your system.
Cons
The problem is each project is different with different systems used so the consistency and standardisation is never the same which is a problem for the client.
Only able to apply Defects to one subbie, for example some issues need two or three subbies to complete a job. Need to create defect workflows.
You had to have an account to take the defect photos rather than multi engineers then uploading to a single account after the site inspection.
