Pros

Buildertrend has been great so far and we are happy we chose to use this product. Hopefully as some of these new fixes / integrations get worked out the tool will become even more useful for us.
Buildertrend has an amazing customer support team and excellent training programs. Every issue we run into, software or user, is cleared up very quickly.
I love the way it looks and how easy it is to use. I also like how we can attach images so that we can have an up-to-date place for the appropriate people to check on progress.

Pros

She has been of great assistance in our transition and continues to give great support. She's quick to respond has great knowledge and is kind, courteous and will to help with all our needs.
Since using this software it has freed up lots of time allowing us to focus on other things than just the daily running's of the business. The team are super friendly and helpful.
Assignar have worked hard to fit with our business, it is constantly evolving & improving to meet our needs & the customer service is wonderful, always a phone call away.

Cons

This went on for months before I realized it was happening. When asked them to refund the missed months before I continued with buildertrend they simply said “they can’t refund any charges.
Most of my complaints have to do with the software design, as opposed to day to day interaction. We almost never have trouble with the day to day usage.
This isnt to blame on buildertrend its just we struggle to get our sub contractors to cooperate using our online services.

Cons

No push notification to fieldworkers of their expiring licenses and inductions. We are not able to manage fieldworker availability.
It is difficult to obtain a negative comment towards the product since its complexity gives you the optimization of all the tasks and a better work management.
The lack of customisation for company branding is not ideal. We would like to add our company logo to Forms as they are sometimes sent to our clients.
