As a Rep/Consultant I find it a great CRM. Like any software, it has it's propriety aspects but as mentioned previously, once familiar with, an asset to my toolkit.
Buildertrend has been great so far and we are happy we chose to use this product. Hopefully as some of these new fixes / integrations get worked out the tool will become even more useful for us.
Buildertrend has an amazing customer support team and excellent training programs. Every issue we run into, software or user, is cleared up very quickly.

Cons
I was hesitant at first due to the cost but once we started using it, we were able to instantly see the savings and value by cutting down on costly mistakes.
This went on for months before I realized it was happening. When asked them to refund the missed months before I continued with buildertrend they simply said “they can’t refund any charges.
Most of my complaints have to do with the software design, as opposed to day to day interaction. We almost never have trouble with the day to day usage.
