Very easy to keep track of various different elements throughout construction.

Not able to incorporate a selections schedule and construction schedule together.

It has complete construction project management functions.

So far nothing, I am having a positive experience with the product and learning more and more as I use it.

Features from beginning to the end of the construction process. Great integration with Quick books great customer service.

Precon module does not carry to construction seamlessly - they are working on it.

The website layout is easy to navigate. It has the basics of good construction software, the pictures, to-do list, invoices, construction drawings and more.

There are just minor cons on this product like it needs frequent updates on the mobile app to improve the features, aside from that, it is a great tool.

BuilderTrend is an essential software for busy construction professionals who need an easy to use platform for managing construction projects, generating proposals and tracking costs.

Connectivity is sometimes a problem, though it could be related to the location of some jobsites.

Construction Logs, the ability for owners and vendors to collaborate.

Lack or Reports, i would like to see the ability to see more reports from the system across multiple jobs. Also to combine and over lap calender's. I would also like to see more functions from the vendors, and the ability to freeze them across the board.

Web based project management software to help with construction management.

Integration of database importing for purchase orders, but have a feeling its on the horizon.

Buildertrend generally has a good layout. Good that you can allow owners access to their build site to observe progress of their build if they cant make it to site visits.

Some pre-set view options are frustrating. In the past when you had a new PO open you could still scroll the background to check what the last PO number was that you had used. But this has been disabled now so if you cannot remember what number you're up to you have to exit the po scroll down to check, then scroll back to the top to re-open a new Po.

The daily logs have really helped our construction loan draw system!

The inability to sync with Quickbooks. BuilderTREND syncs, but not all the fields are identical.

This software has a good user interface and workflow. It seems easy enough to navigate for the average user.

It doesn't have the full feature set needed for commercial construction. It seems more aimed at residential.

It tracks Potential projects from Sales through construction completion in one package

The learning curve of using the software takes some getting use too

I like the ability to track the entire lead generation to completed construction.

Poor contact management capabilities. Solutions not given for problems with email, just told "We aren't a contact management program"

Excellent application for phone & tablets with great functionality. Best features are the Daily Diary & To Do lists by far. Project Scheduling is also quite good.

Cost Reporting is challenging and time consuming feature to use. Could really benefit from streamlining this.

Certain features that would make things easier are not able to be added

It handles all the basic elements found in residential construction --- plus even more.

Nothing stands out -- does what I expected which is good for a software company.

Very easy to use and can keep track of multiple jobs very effectively. Contractor management superb.

Buildertrend has a clean interface that provide a lot of information. There are many 'module' that enable a plethora of data to input.

Interface design feels outdated There is no support for other languages other than English so it is very restrictive for us as we would have preferred to enter data in Greek

The ability to have all documentation for the construction of the home in one place.

Product is fairly time intensive to maintain. Phone application is limited.

Easy to navigate. Easy to learn. Great learning options on site. Easy phone connections and help, people are very helpful and considerate.

Cannot create subfolders in Photos - like to split up rooms for renovations, pre-construction, etc. Nothing else I can think of.

The software is cloud based so it can be accessed from anywhere with a data connection. It covers a wide variety of construction operations tasks (schedules, time-clocks, invoices, estimates, daily logs, selections). Essentially "one software to rule them all". At $300/mo, it's economical enough that I'm "happy" with the overall performance.

The product scalability is relatively weak. The web application has seriously diverse functionality but it is not very intuitive compared to modern software and it is difficult to transfer and report data effectively. Specialized softwares do a better job at integrating/exporting information so we will eventually (very soon) out-grow this software.

BuilderTREND easily allows us to share everything necessary for construction with the homeowner, vendors, and subcontractors.

There should be a way to assign more than one vendor/installer to each choice in a selection.
