An easy to use online software that allows us to efficiently manage multiple projects.

A centralized database for managing projects, clients and schedules.

Pros

The customer service is fantastic. We have a dedicated rep who responds immediately and works with us to resolve any issues. Buildertrend also helps us integrate their online tools with our current project management systems, increasing efficiency and creating a very user-friendly experience.

Cons

While we appreciate the scheduling function and its ability to link subcontractors and users to tasks, some of the tools within the tasks are difficult to navigate, such as the successor/predecessor links between tasks. In addition, adding increased options in the views function would enable the user to see the overall schedule more easily. Lastly, it would be nice to be able to see a high level calendar that shows all active jobs in relation to one another.

BuilderTrend Best CRM for Home Improvements

We Love BuilderTrend and will continue to use their services as long as we are in business. We appreciate the customer support, website, and customer portal system.

Pros

It is completely customized to the home improvement trade. We are able to have customer portals and online payment options.

Cons

Still needs some updating, hopefully to create completion certificates, and other small tweaks.
