Pros
Ease of use and great templates. Vendor provides excellent training and follow up.
They have great customer support. We were new to file sharing programs like this, and this did allow us to understand the pros and cons of using such a system, while not spending a lot of money.
My customers love the fact that they can log in, see all the plans/specs and track their budget. It's a good tool that exploits the professional approach we take with our projects.
Pros
I like the ease of use and the ability to establish links to other documentation. Most requested changes were easily incorporated.
Aside from the ease of using this program I have to say our customer support has been amazing.
The support is great with this company and we really enjoy working with them.
Cons
I dislike the difficulty to backup the information on a daily basis.
I get the feeling that we were at the early stages of the product development. So, we ran into a few more problems using it than I thought we would.
The project setup was rather cumbersome and would sometimes delay initial entry of the project.
Cons
Are biggest problem was structure within our project management team and this software has provided that and accountability as such.
I believe the product is understated. That is, it is very difficult to understand the value of this product until you have implemented it yourself and are knee deep in the application.
Without his help I think that the learning process would of been much more difficult and frustrating.
